The staff here is amazing! They remember and often greet me by my first name, which I love. The service is efficient and I'm always happy with my clothes. The drive through option is especially helpful while dealing with COVID.

I can't tell you how impressed I have been with Tide Cleaners and in particular this location in Carrollton. We work with Kandice often and she and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing. They are all incredibly nice and offer great customer service.

Tide Cleaners will be my new go to place for dry cleaning. I never would have heard of them if it wasn't for the healthcare promo where they offered healthcare workers their services. That alone should tell you a lot about this company and how much they care about the community.

All of my items always come back great, smelling nicely, stains gone, and pressed to perfection. I like that they utilize technology in notifying you about the status of your dry cleaning order. They are unique in their drive thru service where you can stay in your car and they'll load/unload your clothes for you. My honest opinion is that this is the best dry cleaner I have ever been to.

Excellent service and very kind staff. They remembered my name and face after the first visit six months ago. Military/Police/Firefighter friendly. Expedited cleaning available in a pinch and have always been there when I needed them. Highly, highly recommend!

Wow! Customer service is phenomenal: like someone realized that this kind of business competes mainly based on service. (There is a dry cleaner in every corner, you know.) More businesses should follow the example of this franchise. It's no wonder they have already been able to open a second location.

For laundry pieces, they do great work and reasonable prices. But for dry cleaning pieces, although the work is good, prices are above average when compared to other cleaners in the area. You'll need to use the coupons they email to be comparable in price.

This Tide location is amazing to say the least. Lyle makes sure each and every customer is taken care of.

They have had my clothes for over a week. Their new app is full of bugs. Abysmal delivery service.

Their 2 business day guarantee is worthless. It’s been over 6 business days now and nothing. The app is totally useless and doesn’t tell me anything.

This is the best dry cleaner in TX! They have angles working there. I needed my suit to be taking care of for an interview and only had 30 minutes, walked in and the Big Boss said he could do it in 5 minutes. Unbelievable! This service is unmatched anywhere. Wow, what great customer service! And all the little extras are incredible. Might be a touch pricer than other dry cleaners, but there are some things worth paying for.

I want to say I love having this in my apartments it works great and the same as any other dry clearness and favorite part is that they use tide soap my favorite. I do not post many reviews online, however I felt the need to for this business. I recently relocated to the area and luckily this location is right next to my apartment. Everyone is always extremely friendly and i believe the owner works very closely with employees for the daily operations. When I drove up this morning to drop off my bag, what appeared to be the owner greeted me with a bottle of water. Very refreshing and a great customer experience. Also, they always have samples of Tide products that you can take to try out products! I would recommend this location to everyone in the area.

For dry cleaning, this place is very good. For alterations however - go somewhere else. I paid $20 for them to fix a zipper. And they left a huge hole at the seam where the zipper ends. It looks so tacky. I had to get them redone somewhere else for a lot cheaper price.

Great dry cleaning, fair prices, and Lyle is the nicest guy around. Will definitely be back again and again.

Loved the service here! The manger is kind, professional, and actually cares. I had an issue at another dry cleaners and the team at Tide was able to bring my item back to a state that I can actually use it! I highly recommend them. It’s a nice bonus that they offer so many discounts! Just like 50% off your first time and many others after that. You won’t regret it.

We just left this location and had to instantly leave a review. We haven't even picked our clothes up but they've definitely earned our business as long as we live here! The manager Lyle was SO nice and welcoming! We lost our half off coupon and he gave us another one with no hesitation and we get 20% off our next order! This was our first time and they have so many features and services like our own Tide bag for after hours drop off, valet pick up, after hours lockers, and they ate coupon driven! We fell in love! Not to mention.it's Tide! We are telling all of our friends about this place!
