Tide Cleaners, Kingwood Area TX

PROS:
The pick up the clothes were good I asked the driver to call me when he arrived to open the garage for access and he did. When the clothes were delivered they were very clean and folded very well.

CONS:
I wish more fabric softener was used which I will request next time.
A bag of clothes were missing when the drop off was made and I had to call for them to locate the bag and I had to go to the location and pick the bag up myself

We have used Tide Cleaners for years now. They used to be MW Cleaners. Everything is top notch. We always get great customer service, excellent cleaning and in the case of problems (which have been very few) they have always been resolved. Jeff is our concierge and he is awesome! Highly recommend

My uniform shirt collars are not accurately pressed as well as the underarm areas are frequently still wrinkled.
Tide needs to take better control of the pressing process.

Rating is (1) awful prices I could've bought a new iron and a new outfit for the ridiculous prices. 9 garments $80.23 never again will I use the service. The prices are just ridiculous

They are a little more $ but you get what you pay for. They are by far the most efficient and transparent than any other cleaners. The staff was super helpful and explained everything to me. My life just got a little simpler and less stressful using this wonderful place.

I've tried other dry cleaners in the area and they are by far the best. I always get my clothes back fresh and exactly how I want them. The staff is courteous and service is prompt.

A little expensive for a comforter but it’s my favorite one so I splurged. The result was great—a whole new comforter and totally clean! Great job.

The customer service at my Tide cleaners in Town Center is always friendly, professional and prompt.

I was excited to take my clothes to a Tide Cleaners due to the name & their long standing of a good cleaning product. I was so wrong! I live in a small town and our drycleaners was not the best. I had to take my clothes again to a place in Lufkin where they were able to clean them. I took my clothes to Tide because I was in Houston for 1 day. I told the lady when I turned them in that my white dress had makeup on the neck. I have had this problem before & my Lufkin cleaners got it out. I never thought a Tide Cleaners would not get it out. All the name brings is an overpriced cleaners that don't even clean your clothes! I called them to inform them they wanted me to bring it back but since I don't live there that was not an option & why didn't you do it the first time? I then filled out a survey for Tide & I have yet to hear from them. I will never go there again!

Very disappointed with the service, I dropped off 4 suit jackets and one of them has several wrinkles on the arm this is not acceptable especially considering the price.

My wife was generous enough to bring my clothes to you guys. She gave all the information that y’all wanted to get started. This was new information that she thought she would be sent the notifications. But for some reason all the information she gave just transferred to the account I had setup before then I was getting the ready to pick up text instead of her. She would have been the one picking them up. So why switch it to me?

Great experience— very professional. The shirts came out exactly as I wanted, and they were ready on time. I’ll be back.:)

Took 2 shirts. These 2 shirts were stained. 1 had blood and 1 had oil. Never using another Tide Cleaners. Store credit or a redo was offered. No thanks.

The ladies inside were very nice and had my outfit out the very next day, earlier than what they told me to expect so that was a plus.
