Avoid like the plague. This is the worst building and management I have experienced in my 10 years of corporate leasing.

It's a nightmare. Just don't do it.

This place is truly terrible. The on-site staff is awful and extremely incompetent. It takes weeks to have anything done around here. Run for the hills!

Thankful I was able to reach corporate.

I have an invoice that is over a year old that hasn't been paid. I have reached out several times and have not received an update. Can someone please get back to me?

Super helpful management. Really all about going above and beyond. Also cannot beat the location for the price. Super excited about staying here for awhile.

Good luck getting help with anything! I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone for almost a month and no response and the office is always locked. Don’t worry though, you’ll probably get the same copied reply on here from management telling you to call the office, where no one answers. This place is a joke.

Avoid! The apartment that we were staying in was so old, the ceiling paint was almost falling off. Old fridge making loud noises at night. Roaches were all over the place. We needed help with something so we went to the receptionist and she was so rude, actually she was talking to us while in another room, so she didn’t even come out to see who she’s talking to. The laundromat was dirty most of the time and half of them were not working. Am glad I have left that place. Definitely don’t recommend that place!

Terrible experience. The place is super dirty and outdated, full of bugs. Receptionist not helpful at all and rude. Think twice before booking there.

Don’t live here if you want clean clothes. There are currently 2 working clean laundry machines for all residents in TWO apartment complexes. Management is unresponsive and uncommunicative

The apartments themselves are great, haven't had any issue with maintenance or the neighborhood. However, the laundromat are always dirty and don't get cleaned regularly. About half of the machines actually work.

DO NOT MOVE HERE, or let any friends park here over night, not only did a homeless man chase a woman w a knife & got gunned down. My car has been broken into 4 times & so many other cars in the complex it’s insane it’s every other night & the office refuses to get security or even cameras

Lived here for several years and on the whole enjoyed it.

Pros
- excellent location for a really good price (you're like 9 mins from the downtown). The price is hard to beat in this area.
- some of the 2nd and 3rd floor 1BR apartments have an epic view of the city skyline
- quiet (esp if you're on the top floor and away from Menchaca Rd)
- you're generally far away from any homeless encampments, although they may wander near (better than them being like right next door like some apartments in Austin)
- the private balconies are awesome. All these newer apartment complexes have balconies where you can see right thru the bars, which is annoying. Some of these balconies are really private.

Cons
- Management has changed hands like 5+ times in my time living here and is never great. But for what it's worth, the current management is better than average and generally responsive to concerns. It's like dealing with the cops, most apartment managers like to put on a tough guy act, which is kinda annoying and it'd be nice if they didn't do this, but you just have to be respectful and deal with it.
- upstairs noise is sometimes an issue depending on which apartment you rent and if they have hardwood floors above you (some units do, some don't. You should probably ask if you're sensitive to noise. Or get a top floor apartment. Shared wall noise is minimal).

Misc:
- have seen reviews about car break-ins. Didn't have nor see any in my years of living here, although this may vary depending on where you park and what you're leaving visible.

Such a strange experience I had here. Came in on Saturday for a tour and there was a kid basically asleep on the chair with her legs up, watching tv, and a dog roaming the lobby. Finally someone came out of the bathroom. She seemed clueless that I had a tour. Didn’t ask me any questions about my move in date, what I was looking for, didn’t tell me anything about the property. Couldn’t even tell you how much rent was. The unit that had laundry in it, I wouldn’t even consider laundry.

You’re better off just going across the street to any other apartment.

Don’t move here. Office staff will ignore your calls and are never in the office. They added an additional 400 to my rent and said I never paid a security deposit even though I have a paper trail of every payment I’ve ever made. And NO ONE WILL HELP.

Broken washer/dryer’s (you have to pay to
use them)
Poorly maintained amenities (green pool)
Gym equipment has all been broken/stolen
Dirty laundry rooms/people throw clothes
everywhere to use limited dryers
Air B&B units
Water shut offs every other week to fix all
the units with water leaks
Non renovated units
My ceiling is convex above my shower
Pros: AMAZING Location
Rental rates are so affordable
Peace of mind neighborhood is great

I kinda actually like this apartment complex. But, mainly because of it's location and the fact that I just clean the airbnbs there. Friendly neighbors all that stuff.

Don’t move here. I had my apartment entered without notification, doors kept open and unlocked, and they damanged my property.

I was able to get out of the lease after 2 months calling the front desk trying to get in contact with the regional manager. Horrible experience.

Nice quiet place but there’s one problem roaches and you can tell management everyday and nothing will happen we called pest control and had them come out $250 later still seeing roaches. That’s the downside to apartment life you can keep a spotless apartment and pay for pest control to come out weekly, but if your neighbors aren’t doing anything than it’s almost pointless.

These apartments need a gate they are not safe. Packages and gym equipment are constantly stolen, homeless people try to break into your unit in the middle of the night and harass you during the day.
