Went in for a tour. The two women in the leasing office were so friendly it makes me sad they work there.

First apartment that was shown smelled awful! The floors had sticky stuff and clearly needed to be mopped. The laundry facility was a joke. So disgusting. The gym in fact did have broken equipment and smelled of sewer (I spent 18 years in service industry and that smell using has something to do with plumbing) everything that was shown to be was just not unkept.

Again the woman who gave me the tour was amazing! Very friendly and detailed with her answers to the questions I had. Just not somewhere I would want to live personally.

I had a disappointing experience with this apartment in Austin. Despite being denied due to my lack of credit as a college student, they promised a refund of $200, initially stating it would be deposited into my bank. However, two months later, no refund was received. After inquiring, they claimed to have mailed a check that never arrived. Save yourself the trouble and consider other options.

Very bad service in Miss Samanta's office, very despotic with no soul of service, treats you as if you were going to ask for something, we left the apartments smelling because it was infested with cockroaches and they never wanted to do anything about it, when applying for A department requires the amount of $300 dollars per application, which you lose when it is rejected, they do not do their job well, the site is not recommended at all.

Yuli rocks it was a long process with me getting moved in, but she did everything to keep me updated and moved in she went above and beyond and explained everything and walk me through the process.

I have been living in this apartment complex going 3 yrs now. When I first moved in, lets say what everyone is saying is true. The apartment that I was shown was not not what they put me in. It was horrible! I complained and complained to the management office and to no avail, my voice was not heard. I was literally ignored and shut out, at this time the whole staffing was trash EXECPT ONE PERSON. From the beginning and to this day she has always made time to listen, Halina, Thank You.

Then we got a new manager in office, Letica. Let me tell you the apartment was horrible but this lady right here went over an beyond to help make our living more acceptable. Due to ALL THE APARTMENTS needing work, she did THE MOST any manager has ever done since living here. She actually cared and listened to your needs. She was ALWAYS in communication with me through email, phone calls, etc. Always made sure rules were followed when maintenance was working in my apartment I knew if she did not respond right away, I understood she was busy. I always saw her holding the upmost respect towards staff/maintenance/residents. I hate that she left and hope where ever she goes she will be appreciated as much as we have. Leticia, if you read this thank you for just caring and being such a great manager and person!
I hope the remainder of my lease goes by quickly with no problems.

Everyone in the office is very kind and accommodating! They all work very hard to make my living experience as comfortable as possible. Samantha worked especially hard to help me, and she did so with a smile and good energy.

I'm so happy with my new apartment. Yuli went above and beyond to get me moved in quickly Everything was clean and efficient in my unit. I been here almost month and it's very quiet. The leasing office is very friendly and helpful. Also,
I want to thank Helena and Josh for awesome customer service. I recommend this property.

Apartment 219 Update: DONT MOVE HERE 1 year later and it did not get any better! On multiple occasions I walked into the office to speak to someone about problems and would hear and see leticia talking down to all of her staff while customers were in the lobby waiting. I listen to multiple staff members complain about what an awful person and awful manager she was. I’ve personally tried to get help from Leticia via email and phone and she didn’t get back to me not one single time in the year I had been there. There were many things that we were told would be fixed due to our move in condition that were never addressed again once corporate took a step back from our situation because Leticia could care less about doing her job, and unfortunately dealing with corporate wasn’t much better. Our AC/heater was broke during last years intense winter time AND summer. I would strongly consider having someone else step into this locations to run it because the way it’s being run right now isn’t right.
Many work orders for the same things had to requested because maintenance unfortunately can not make proper repairs to the point I even asked Josh if I should just hire a plumber where I was told I should absolutely not do that and if it got to that point they would call someone in to fix it but instead they continued to send maintenance and it continued to not be fixed. They came out 5 times and still were not able to fix the problem. If this is absolutely last resort for you then please do what you need to do BUT if you can help it skip it because it’s not worth the headache.

If I could give less than a star a would. Don’t even waste your time here.the office staff don’t care to take accountability for ANYTHING! It’s always someone else’s fault OR My fault and I’ve only been here a week. Move in conditions were not ok. Dirt and dust literally painted over, Carpets falling off of the stairs, entire bathroom floors popping up holes in the door, and more (see pictures) I don’t have a mailbox key and was told by Leticia that there was nothing they could do and that i just had to wait for maintenance to catch the mailman to rekey.except it’s been over a week and maintenance hasn’t run into them.soo I guess we don’t get mail? I’ve even asked if I can go to the post office and request it myself and was told no. Soo many other complaints. Including the lack of communication from corporate. AND if you need to use rhino you definitely don’t wanna come here because they will not take the time to figure out.
Overall the worst experience with management that I’ve ever experienced.

The 5 star review was prompted by the exceptional customer service I received while searching for an apartment. Most properties have no one on site on Saturday or are closed all together. Tides was fully staffed with four knowledgeable agents. Each one was mindful of acknowledging prospective tenants while they waited, which was refreshing to see. All of the agents were very respectful while engaged with people on the phone as well as in person. My tour was brief and the agent apologized for not using the golf cart. We only walked one building over so that was fine. Last but certainly not least, THE SNACKS! Wow. The luxury resort style options, oh my gosh! Yes!

I wish I could leave less than one star. Last year we relocated from Arizona to Texas. We didn’t have a ton of time to find a place before we moved but landed on the Tides. Mostly because they had a program called Rhino that would help with deposit fees. Well that was the first red flag. The office refused to help us figure out Rhino. They would send back unhelpful emails with links that literally said the office has to send us an invitation but when I would ask about that invitation they would just tell us that it was wrong and we needed to call rhino. We did this for some time and even had to get someone higher than Leticia involved. We were told that everything was corrected between the apartments and Rhino to only find out two months later that the office hadn’t changed anything on our rhino account and because the information didn’t line up there were problems. When we tried to reach back out to corporate we were replied to as though the entire ordeal never happened and were told they don’t deal with Rhino.
We moved into an apartment that had clearly not been cleaned. Visible dust that had build up and instead of cleaned was just painted over. Dirt and grime in the bathrooms and window seals. The carpet was not even nailed to the stairs and was falling off and the tiles through the entire apartment were coming up off of the floors.
We were told multiple this would be addressed and fixed in the weeks to come but no one ever came back for those problems.
Throughout the year we had many maintenance issues that maintenance was unable to fix cause water and sewerage bills to go up. I had them out 5 times for one toilet and I moved out with it still not working properly.
When we were shown the gym the majority of the equipment was broken and we were told it would be fixed in two weeks… a year later and even more of the gym is unable to be used. The pool was closed over 50% of the summer for “repairs” and I always just wondered why we pay an amenities fee when we aren’t able to use the amenities?
The lack of professionalism from the manager Leticia was very disturbing. The way she talked to her employees was disgusting and felt by them as well as all they could do was complain about Leticia to us. She created a very unhealthy environment for the community and her staff.

If i could put zero stars i would.i moved in this place in january and had nothing but problems since day one! Leticia messed up paperwork on her end and after i received my keys she called my phone saying i shouldn’t have gotten my keys.after that, my ceiling had been leaking along with the smoke detector leaking water as well.not only that, the floor was destroyed before i even moved in.i made multiple maintenance requests to which NOTHING was ever really fixed.the pipes under my bathroom sink were never secured so i constantly had puddles of water in my bathroom and water soaking into the cabinets.the ceiling issue got so bad that i had a water bubble in my ceiling and they came in and cut a hole in it and told me i had to let it dry out.in the middle of that they decided to switch management and when i asked when the hole will be fixed they told me funding was on hold and there was nothing they could do about it.now fast forward 8 months later, i was a victim of DV and i provided the leasing office with ALL documentation they needed and even had the DA contact them.they dragged the whole process out so far that they went and filed an eviction but told me i’d be let out of my lease without any fees or penalties.i let them know i would be out of the unit before september and i was! I had not been in the unit since mid august.these people are scammers, unprofessional & leticia is the most disgusting human being ever for the way she treats the staff as well as tenants.every time ive come into the office she’s yelling at her staff like they’re stupid.two leasing agents quit and im sure it’s because they couldn’t tolerate her behavior.there’s a whole tenant group email where MANY of us have suffered from these ppl in some type of way.there’s multiple ppl pressing legal charges against this “community”. I had no problem paying any rent or fees i owed for the month of august but to continue charging me even after the proof i continuously sent in, the DA contacting them as well? They can truly go to hell.i’ve never had this bad of an experience at an apartment complex before.now i’m struggling to even find a new home bc they’ve put this wrongful eviction on my credit.they don’t care about anyone or anything but MONEY! I hope this place gets shut down. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

They recently did a complete remodel of their buildings and they did a fantastic job!
The new property manager Chelsea is very informative and easy to work with! Signing a new lease here was simple and after seeing the units with my own eyes was a no brainer!
Highly recommend touring the place!

I was in a tight situation and needed to move from my former residence in less than 2 weeks and I spoke with Leticia Dorofeev and she came to the rescue. She made the application process so easy and the transition was so smooth and effortless. She was so courteous and professional just a god sent honestly. She asked all the right questions and made sure all my needs were met as far as budges and space. This was by far the best customer service I experienced ever from an apartment company. I love my new apartment and I’m glad I have a new home. If you’re looking for an apartment please ask for Leticia Dorofeev she will definitely take care of you. I will definitely tell friends that are looking for a new apartment or someone who is looking to relocate. Thank you so so so much Leticia Dorofeev and Tides On Copper Creek.

Shon was great during the tour. She made sure to answer any questions I had. The property is older so if you’re looking for the newest this isn’t it. However the inside of the apartments are updated which is nice. For the money and the sq ft it seems like a decent place to stay.

4 stars because it is older and there is some upkeep needed. Also the gym was a hot mess with 3 of 7 of the machines being broken. However I was told they are replacing all the equipment. We shall see

I'm really satisfied and happy about this apartment complex. The only complaint I have is how the equipment in the gym has been broken since I moved in (which was in 2022). There have been 4 machines out of service. Every time I call and ask when is it going to be fixed. They tell me they don't know. I thought that's what we pay rent for.is for you guys to fix stuff on the property when it's broken.

Location isn't too bad, but I have been moved out for over 3 months and they refuse to issue my deposit back after it was sent to the wrong address. Any attempts to contact the office in regards to this they advise me to email the manager, I have sent several emails with zero response from Leticia

The worst place to deal with these staff and management. They are very rude and they are not the nicest people especially that ghetto girl work there are the rudest of all. The city should look at these property It nasty!
