Tides on McCallum South, Dallas TX

I’ve called 42 times and not a single person has answered the phone and that is between tides North South and corporate. I’ve left voicemails I’ve sent emails and all I want is my $200 admin fee refunded since I didn’t get approved.feedback would be nice. My next phone call is going to be to an attorneys office so I do suggest that somebody gets back to me soon about my money.

Today is September 25th and I still haven't received my refund and no one from this business has even attempted to reach out to me.
Funny how the owners respond to positive feedback but those they owe get complete silence.

It was a little rough when I moved in, but since the new guys and office have taken over I have zero complaints. Happy enough to leave a review for the complex, especially Mike.

So far, so Great moving into the community! Marisol whom works in the front of the office has made sure my new home is comfortably set up for me upon arrival! New and clean/sleek! Paintings and celling/cracks check, pest controlled and Clean appliances with fresh apartment smell! And she’s honestly the Greatest at what she does and is very genuine when getting things ready for you to feel home and safe! I’m looking forward building great memories here!

For the residents or whom it may concern… is hard to reach them at the office?
Im experience no response each day. Trying to receive my lease!

When I moved here the first time, my apartment was a mess a lot of roaches, dirty. The old office was very bad. But the new office is very good and they have been working hard to put the apartments back to their feet. The new maintenance is very good also, they are working hard to fix the issues on the apartments. I strongly believe that with the new office and new maintenance, South McCallum apartment will be great place. Give them one day and they will fix everything. I was planning to live at the lease but now I will stay again here for a long time thanks to the new office and the new maintenance

I absolutely loved my visit, Marisol was more than happy to answer all of my questions. She really cared about what my wants and needs are!

Run down n hood and they will tow your car so it's super shady. Drug infested n worst of society. Beware

As a resident here living now a good 7months I would highly not recommend moving in here there’s issues they should fix.noticed the office staff are not that reliable at all. Most times they won’t answer the phone calls. Maintenance is not reliable either you can report it in their website but still no one comes in. You call to report issues but still no one comes to help. The rent and water/gas bill is posted online separately. When the water/gas bill is finally posted on your profile days after you payed the rent they will not notify you at all. Most of the staff aren’t even on the same page. I will recommend speaking with the manager if you’re looking to move in if she’s not there than wait the other staff aren’t the best the manager I forgot her name but she can speak both English and Spanish wears glasses.she has more patience, better explaining with any issues or questions you have she can help you the best way she can better than the staff, you can’t count on. Other than that parking is enforced tow trucks do their job here if you do your part right registering your vehicles. Trash does pile up fast around here tho.the apartment itself you definitely have to look deep for any issues believe me I have a renovated apartment and you can tell the contractors did poorly with everything.still have issues waited to get inspected to show them what I have dealt with but no one came still for the annual inspection. Dallas police does come around to check the area which is nice. In my experience they have a lot to work on still.
UPDATE: march 2023 still not reliable for contact and still to this day I can’t have access to my mailbox because they don’t have keys for it or maintenance. I still recommend not moving in nothing has changed.
UPDATE! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! I HAD TRIED CONTACTING THE OFFICE, GOING IN PERSON AND EMAILING THEM ABOUT ME MOVING OUT EARLIY DUE TO THE ISSUES NOT BEING SOLVED AND NO RESPONSE AT ALL! I HAD MOVED OUT GIVING THEM A NOTICE AND APPARENTLY WITHOUT MY CONSENT THEY RENEWED THE CONTRACT! FOR SOME REASON IM STILL ON THEIR LEASE EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT TOLD THEM TO RENEW IT! DONT MOVE IN THE MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE FOR DOING THIS! THEY WILL DO THIS BEHIND YOUR BACK APPARENTLY!? KIND OF MOVE IS THAT?
