If you’re thinking about moving here because it’s cheap or whatever reason……. Don’t.i repeat DON’T! Had nothing but problems since i moved here.bug problems, parking/towing problems, management problems, everything problems 24/7.i’ve been so miserable since moving here, the only thing stopping me from leaving are the fees involved in breaking the lease.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. YOUVE BEEN WARNED. Worst place ever. Front office and maintenance people never listen. So unprofessional. Apartments are a mess. AND if you want cockroaches in every single crevice of your apartment, THIS PLACE IS DEF FOR YOU! They have pest control come… every other month? Still doesn’t help anyway. They’ll come and fix the problem and then leave it looking uglier than it already was. I promise you save your coin and find somewhere else. Any positive reviews are probably them begging tenants for a deal.

Wow this place currently has a rent strike coming. The staff inside is not warm and they don’t ask you for your preference. Several of the residents are moving out and when asked what the occupancy rates are they avoid the question.

Just recently moved into the complex. The staff at the office are friendly and very helpful.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I repeat DO NOT LIVE HEAR UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED OVER AND OVER AGAIN! So our lease was set to be expiring 11/10/2023 so we went to discuss our rate and we settled on something. Mind you, WE WENT IN PERSON TO TALK TO SUZETTE AND WE LITERALLY SIGNED OUR LEASE IN FRONT OF EACH OTHER! Everything was set and done and good to go right? WWWWRRRROOONNNNGGGG. A week later, I get a call from Lorena saying we have not signed our lease and have an outstanding balance. AFTER WE HAD JUST SAT IN THE OFFICE TO SIGN THIS WITH EVERYONE! So I tell her we sat in office to sign it WITH SUZETTE and she said “Oh I will look into it and fix it” so all set and done again right? WRONG AGAIN! Between me and the other person on the lease, we got maybe 3 calls again from the office about the same thing, saying we had not signed our lease and we still had a balance. Oh but when you try calling them, you have to spam call them because no one answers until like the 10th time you call. At one point, a man answered my call (after having been calling 5 times at least) which I don’t care but I’ve never seen a man at the front other than the maintenance guy so are they so short staffed that they have to get the maintenance guy to answer calls? So, the story keeps going (unfortunately) because I haven’t been able to pay my December rent because of the month to month charges when I, in fact, signed my renewal for 12 more months (UNFORTUNATELY) but according to them, no we haven’t. I went Saturday to speak to Lorena and she said she had to submit a ticket to get it corrected and she would waive late fee charges because she understood that I CANT PAY RENT IF I SIGNED A LEASE FOR A DIFFERENT AMOUNT THAN WHAT THEY WERE CHARGING ME and I emphasized that I didn’t want to get evicted because clearly this is none of our fault. And now 12/5/2023 I receive a notice to vacate after everyone we’ve talked to, after our visits in office, and after trying to call multiple times. This just doesn’t make any sense. I’m super disappointed because supposedly this new management person was supposed to HELP but I’ve actually been through a lot more stress. All this to say: please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere because you’ll end up getting evicted no matter how many times you speak to someone in office. I also had my ceiling collapse and my AC wasn’t working during July so do with that what you will.

The ladies here made me feel welcome & made my love in process very easy! They made sure I got what I wanted, and answered anything I had questions about. Very nice and respectful ladies!

Very great place the leasing office employees are very helpful and it a great place to live it safe and new apartments

Our ceiling collapsed because they forgot to put a roof on our apartment and we can’t get any answer from anyone there’s, they put a bag over it and never actually fixed it

I have been here for almost 5 years and it was great at first, but now it is like items are being added to rent and we have to pay an extra 38 dollars to use the online payment. I don’t think that is right. No one can answer the question “why”

The apartment was nice and the pool looked really good. Luis and Zachary were really helpful and I left with no questions. Excited to apply!

Zachary clearly doesn't want anybody living here. How are you suppose to be a leasing agent but don't want to help people with question, and is extremely rude. The apartments are nice, but who is not going to deal with rude office people for 12 months is me.

IF you can catch them on the phone or in the office they are extremely rude and unprofessional. My family walked into the office and the guy in the office didnt even look up or greet us, I literally had to walk to his office and speak. The property is dirty, and they lack communication. Definitely dodged a bullet.
