This is a nice store with a good selection. Be sure to ask for Cameron though! He went above and beyond to meet our needs. He is very knowledgeable, had great PR skills, and was patient and not pushy. I will be coming back to see him.

It was somewhat busy and nobody came to help me. I waited 10 minutes and a lady came and said "Give me a minute and that she would help me" She proceeded to walk to the back and then go to the front of the store and stand there holding her tablet. I asked for help and got their back turned on me. There were at least 3 workers who were standing there looking at me. It took almost 20 minutes to get some help. I came in there knowing exactly what I needed. It would've taken 5 minutes to check me out. TIFFANY & CO y'all need to do better!

Horrible company and customer service. I dropped off my necklace to add pendants on Nov 10th. The salesman, Ben and I agreed on the specific order of the pendants on chain. The instructions were clear on the paperwork, however on Dec 4th Ben notified me that my necklace had arrived but the work was done incorrectly. He informed me that he would send it back off as a rush order. On Dec 12th I received a call from Ben that my necklace had arrived. I went to pick it up on Dec 14th and the work was still done incorrectly! Ben offered to send it off a third time, but given the work was incorrect twice and that they had also done work incorrect on my daughter necklace several months prior, I decided not to let them to waste my time again with incompetent work. It's unfortunate I was still charged for their incorrect work AND their stuffy and unfriendly service. My necklace was a gift, otherwise I would never give this location or company my business.

Purchased a bracelet for my daughter’s quinceañera and it was too big. Had it shipped to remove some of the links. Went today to pick it up and it was too small. My daughter really wanted it before school started. Marissa the store manager was able to help us and fix the issue since it was not our fault. Thank you for going above and beyond and making the situation less troubling for us and making it right. We are all humans and we all make mistakes and I understand that. My daughter is happy that she can finally get to wear her birthday present. Thank you.

I asked to show me the jewelry, but the consultant did not pay enough attention to me and was distracted by another visitor.unpleasant. I will NEVER go to this store again.

I highly recommend people of color to avoid this location as long as Ben works here. We went in to the store ready to purchase an engagement ring (mind you the ring we were ready to purchase cost $18K). As we went in, my fiancé went to ask for customer service from a gentlemen named Ben as we were looking and waitin for a solid 15 minutes and she was told to wait and make sure we were not in line (there was no other customer in the store and there were 3 other Tiffany sales reps).

We had another sales person (Madison G.) assist us and we had a pleasant experience. She is amazing and if you intend to still shop here I’d ask for Madison.

Now back to Mr. Ben. As my fiancé was being helped by Madison, I stood back and noticed that 2 other families of color walked in and Mr. Ben ignored them for reasons I don’t see why as he was just standing and looking right at them as they obviously were looking to be helped. Madison rectified the situation and made a horrible experience a 5 star experience by the time we walked out. They also left visibly annoyed. Every other sales rep acknowledged us as we left besides mr Ben. Shame on you Mr. Ben your store lost out on a $18k ring sale today. Best of luck!

We purchased a wedding band from this location which we had seen at a different location while on vacation. We went in with the intent to purchase but we wanted to see it again just to be sure. The sales person took the ring out of the case for us and as my girlfriend went to pick it up to put it on the sales person quickly pulled the tray away from her hand. We did buy the ring but that just felt so wrong and never sat right with me. Would likely shop a different location for future purchases.

Extreamly helpful, courteous, knowledgeable staff. I was in and out in no time even during Christmas time. They even offered me refreshments while I was there. I highly recomend thus location.

Of course the quality is incomparable to another jeweler but not every location is this inviting. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Sometimes I go in to purchase and sometimes just to browse. Either way, the staff is always very warm and welcoming.

The big black one, madison i think, has a snooty attitude which i found hilarious for an employee. She will be judged at the same standard in which she judges others. As for me I wont be shopping at this location due to her snickering at me under her breath. Hope she 'works out' those issues she has with her self esteem.
