Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery reviews
18The worst experience ever trying to order cookies. I tried to place an online order for 1 dozen cookies from the 51st street location. The order processed my debit card was charged and was given a time to pick up the cookies which was 25 minutes from the time I placed the order. I left my home and drove the 2.7 miles to pick up the cookies. Made it to the store and told the clerk my name. It took 20 mins for me to find out they can’t find my order even after I showed my bank statement. Left with no options and the lack of service and no options offered by the staff I had to call my bank just to get a phone number to speak with someone about my order. Once I called the number I had to wait another 15 minutes to get someone on the phone to tell me “I’m sorry but our online ordering has been having trouble with online orders” (which by the way is the only way you can order besides calling and waiting on hold for 15 minutes for cookies.) I was told my money “should” be back on my card within 2-3 business days. I was not offered any kind of inconvenience ANYTHING nor was there any empathy with ANY of the employees especially the ones at the 51st st. Location actually almost a sense of rudeness. THE WORST ordering experience I’ve ever had and the sad thing is it’s over 1 dozen cookies!
This Tiffs Treats location went above and beyond to get my cookies delivered correctly! The address I was sending to was very confusing and the team members had to send them out multiple times before they got to the right location. It's been a really stressful few months, if anyone is looking to brighten someone's day these cookies definitely will do it!
Started an online order for an employees child at Dell Children’s Hospital and when I went to checkout, my screen started spinning and wouldn’t refresh. Couldn’t get it to work so I called the store location and got someone at the Corp office on the line because the location hadn’t opened yet. He was extremely helpful and got everything taken care of ASAP. I have always had great service when using TIFF’s Treats. Thank you TIFF’s Treats! What a great service!
Worst cookies one can order, almost anyone I know can bake better cookies at home (too much butter). Don’t be fooled, their treats are no better than bakeries across town, which are lowe quality in flavor and presentation. Don’t assume Tiff’s has better treats or cookies than your local traditional (non-delivery) bakery.
Not the absolute best cookies in the world, but pretty darned good and of course you just can't beat the "innovative" local Austin factor or the cookie delivery option as a great alternative to flowers, which honestly don't taste very good. Best way to make your friends fat as long as they don't work in your own office.
I love Tiffs Treats! Always get them through a work function. But when I went the 1st time myself and just wanted a dozen cookies. I was told they didnt have that many at the time. No wait time was suggested. Just can you come back tomorrow This was at 2 in the afternoon.
What's not to love! Busy evening but still received excellent customer service and amazing cookies!
I love Tiff Treats! They make delicious cookies! Their dozens are pretty steep priced at $16 per dozen, but I usually wait until Thursday's when they do a dozen free with their promo code online. Sometime I wish I never knew about them because I have gotten cookies every week since I found out about them lol they are so good! Get some you won't be disappointed!
Excellent place to buy cookies and dessert but be aware they do not take cash you must have a card
I went online to create my order & use my gift card. The e-gift card states that I can call and place my order over the phone. I tried that but was told a 45 mins wait before I could pick up a 12 cookies! I came in to try and use the e-card and was told it wasn't accepted. The worker said I had to use the online site before I could use my e-gift card. I showed him my e-card that clearly states I could call it in w/ ecard. He asked another female employee & they said they never received training on how to use ecards. This location needs lots of training. If your going to be a cashless company, you should definitely know how to use an e-gift card system. I tried reaching out to their customer service online and they were of little to no help! I’ll find somewhere else to get my cookies. Lots of time and energy wasted. I was so frustrated I just left.
You can never go wrong with warm cookies. I couldn't have them delivered so I placed my order online and headed to the store front. The smells grabs your attention before you even get to the door. Staff is super friendly. Cash is not accepted so bring your credit card or pre-order online. If you don't want a lot, you can walk in and buy 2 or 3 (they'll even warm them up!). My only drawback was parking. There are not many spaces near the door, but it's attached to a hotel so I imagine you can park there.
This is quite a good looking establishment, with good and quick service. But that's about it. The menu is small, and the prices are decent at best. The cookies are good, but honestly you could get grocery store cookies and heat them up, for half the cost and the same taste. They have other menu items, but I dont think it makes up for the decent cookies. There's nothing inherently wrong with Tiff's Treats, it's just boring and feels uninspired.
Enjoyed a Tiffblitz Frozen Dessert on a hot summer evening - cold, sweet, and yummy if not a bit decadent!
The frozen dessert was enclosed in a small plastic cup accompanied with a plastic spoon and napkin, both in a paper sleeve, and all placed in a beautiful glossy heavy weight paper bag with lovely string handles.all a bit much for a small frozen treat I planned to devour as soon as I arrived home. Unfortunately I was told by the nice friendly sales clerk he "had" to provide it to me that way when I asked if I could just have the plastic cup holding my treat. I begrudgingly accepted. Hopefully the company will change this policy and allow eco-friendly customers to refuse all the extra packaging.
OMG! The cookies are delicious and staff is great. They take their time to make sure your order is personal. I love this place
I was in the area and decided to try their cookies for the first time. They were amazing! I have never had soft cookies before. I don’t like crunchy textured desserts, so these were perfect for me. Plus they warm them for you! The chocolate chip, white chocolate/almond, m&m, and oatmeal raisin cookies are all nice
Cookies were ok. They were a bit doughy as if undercooked. The peanut butter chocolate chip were my favorite. Really nice box!
So it's Thursday night before Christmas and you just know the cookie orders are going out like crazy but I decided cookies were necessary after such a stressful day. I put my online order in and about 15 minutes later Robyn at this location called and asked if they could deliver a bit later than expected due to the demand on cookies, I of course understood completely, agreed that it was fine and added some ice cream to my order while I had her on the phone. This woman was SO KIND she added in the ice cream for free due to the later delivery time. Anyways so then the guy gets here to deliver the cookies and forgot the ice cream.not a big deal so I called Robyn back in hopes of some store credit or something but what does this nice young woman do instead? She goes above and beyond and offers to bring me the ice cream herself, at this point I'm like "Well that would be fantastic. " cause what is better than cookies and ice cream? Nothing. Anyway I get off the phone with her and like maybe ten minutes pass and there's a knock on my door, and it's friggin Robyn (quick as a the wind) with not only my ice cream but a Tiff's Blitz. I don't typically type up reviews but this chick deserves some recognition.
AMAZING! Cookies showed up warm and yummy. Arrived in the time window promised with a very friendly delivery person. So good my husband turned around and ordered cookies for his boss right after he saw how Great!
