Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery, Austin TX

My Daughter orders me a gift box almost every Birthday. She always puts me a variety package together. Of course my favorite thing of all is that fudgy chocolate brownie. The very first one I received was still warm and oh so good. I've always took the pleasure of sharing with special friends and they are so appreciative even if they just get a little bite.

Fine employees and store but how can someone have so many stores selling these tasteless cookies? Should have went to the grocery store instead.

Pretty good cookies for sure. Almost a five start but doesn’t quite cut it for my personal taste. Heads-up, they are closed on Sundays.

The management is hostile, tends to micro-manage almost everything you do, isn't lenient when scheduling issues arise, doesn't give you breaks, and clearly expresses favoritism towards certain employees. The store manager has been reported on multiple occasions to HR. She speaks to you in a very rude and dismissive tone and has yet to fix these habits. Many people are leaving and unionizing right now across all Tiff Treats due to the issues I stated earlier and other reasons. The tension and stress I felt working here were unlike any job I have had to work.

I ordered brownies tonight I asked that they be well cooked well they were not they were mushy and loaded with oil I threw them straight into the garbage I ordered William cannon this is not my first unhappy buy it’s the 3rd I’m no longer a customer I’ll bake my own I threw my money in the trash.

Went in for cookies, one person in front of me. I waited for about 10 minutes watching 4 people in back pack boxes, shuffle around, mutter to one another, and avoid looking up at the people in the store. No one came out or even called out to say they were finishing something, would be with us shortly. No acknowledgement. I walked out right after someone finally came out and asked the person in front of me, "What was your order again? " I don't need cookies that bad.

Easy to order online and delivered as promised. I ordered as a birthday gift and my friend was impressed with the quality and taste of the cookies.

I received this package for Valentine's Day. The rose was brought separately. The box was wrapped in a red ribbon and sealed well. The cookies were a variety pack that were so soft and warm. The truffles were really soft and sweet. Everything was beyond delicious!

Everytime I walk into this place for some reason I end up walking out with 2 dozens of cookies. ‍️

Was new to Texas had less than desirable first experience but location manager and corporate office more than exceeded to fix things for me now I'm an elite customer I love this company and have had exceptional customer service ever since thank you for keeping me your customer.

Love their chocolate chip and snickerdoodle cookies The best part is they deliver it freshly baked, making it so soft, buttery and tasty!

Don’t trust your cold deliveries to Crumbl. We’ve received 2 birthday cookie deliveries today. Crumbl dropped off cookies with 4 containers of ice cream without a knock or a ring in about 100 degree heat. Needless to say we stumbled upon a melted sticky mess walking out the front door. Just now received warm cookies with ice cold milk from Tiffs. Thanks for caring enough to actually knock and ring the doorbell. Long overdue but thanks for always providing a positive delivery experience.

A suggestion to your delivery people: a month ago I heard my neighbor’s dogs barking, a lot. I’m glad I went to the door, because there was a TIFF’s birthday bag from my son. If the dogs hadn’t alerted me, the ice cream would have been mush. PLEASE ask your drivers to ring or knock, so we know that our treats have been delivered. Thank you.

Blonde woman working the counter was rude. Basically ignored my mom to talk to another co-worker/manager. Probably worth the drive to go to the one on Campus.

Aside from that, imo the cookies are good, pretty sweet tho. You’re definitely paying for all the excessive gift wrapping. My ice cream came in another bag inside of a bigger bag. I do however like the unique taste of the cookies. The sugar cookies are the best imo.
