A molar crown came off and I called the Tijerina dentist office. I am a winter Texan and they set up an appointment for me to come in. I was very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, cleanliness and top of the line equipment. The tooth was beyond saving and had to be extracted. I’ve always been satisfied with services received. The practice setting is clean, modern, and technologically equipped to ensure you get excellent dental care. When and if I need follow-up after a procedure, staff is quick and courteous to schedule and assist in getting me in to see dentist. My hygienist, Diana is also thorough in her cleaning and very gentle in her approach. I also appreciate that Dr. Tijerina sees my daughter (currently at no charge) to make sure her baby teeth have been coming in without problems and to apply fluoride to her baby teeth when appropriate. Overall, great practice and providers go above and beyond to keep us educated about how to maintain the oral health of our whole family. I also like how they schedule our next appointment before we leave and send us text reminders about upcoming appointments so we can plan ahead of time.

I've always had a complicated relationship with Dentists which makes me really anxious about getting any dental work done, however with Dr. Lauro I've only had great experiences and that's why I keep coming back. He's very professional and patient, he takes the time to explain procedures and diagnosis, and alway makes sure there's the least amount possible of discomfort happening at all times which is much much appreciated. The staff is also so friendly, truly a wonderful experience all around. Honestly this is the only dental practice I would ever recommend.
