This place is amazing! Yasmin and Cash have been great ever since I moved here. Unfortunately I have decided to move closer to work but I will always remember how great this community was to me! Every community has its ups and downs but the new management is making sure to take care of things! Thank you Julia for making things happen around the community. We appreciate you.

Save yourself the time and look elsewhere. Most of the reviews are based on tours. They only upkeep the “touring” areas. But for the most part a lot of things are broken and dirty. Elevator was broken for 8-9 months. Door handles and gates are broken from all over the place. Walls are extremely thin. You’re out of luck if you get stuck with inconsiderate neighbors, especially the one upstairs. It’s a recurring issue and the office will not do anything about it. They will ask you for “proof” and then tell you it’s not enough or ignore your emails. Last upstairs neighbor moved out, and thought that would be the end of my issues until they brought someone even more inconsiderate. Loud music. I can LITERALLY hear every step they make and their conversations. It goes on throughout the night, resulting in sleepless nights. I thought it was bad before but I was wrong. Now I feel stuck until my lease is up. You will see people come and go so quick, but I can see why the turnover is so high. This place has potential but it lacks in so many ways making it a very unpleasant experience to live here.

The apartment complex is very nice. The people that work there are OK. I was working with someone on trying to get an apartment there kept getting the runaround kept calling, having to speak with different people. After about a week, they stop answering the phone calls no one ever answers the phone up there. No one ever emails you back I canceled my application. It was told that the administration fee was refundable and that she had to speak with management about me canceling my application. I’ve been calling up there for the past week now trying to get an update Still no answer sent out multiple emails still no replies. The only reason I give this apartment complex is a one star is because. The communication is very off and I hate it because this is a very nice complex for the communication to be like it is. And it’s sad because I truly wanted To stay this community. No one has yet to contact me back about me even canceling, my application or to update me about anything

Yasmine was amazing helping me find my new home! She accommodated to all my wants and needs and found me a fast move in that happened unexpectedly. The units are gorgeous as well as the complex and they make switching over internet and electricity smooth and easily. They partner with company’s that reach out to you and was hassle free. I look forward to my new endeavors at timber grove station. I am super excited to say the least! Thank you for all your help

The property is nice. I love my actual unit. It's a great location/price. I've recently had packages stolen off my front door which is very disappointing. The residents don't seem to respect the apartments much (dogs having accidents in the elevators and leaving the mess).

I'd like to add that the office was very helpful with the retrieval of my missing packages. No complaints with the office staff.

I’ll give it 3 stars just because the location is fairly convenient and pretty much close to everything. As for the apartments …. The layouts are nice and very aesthetic, that’s about it. My experience here has been ruined due to the people living above me. If you’re looking for peace and quiet this isn’t the place for you. The walls are extremely thin. I literally learned my neighbors children’s names through the wall! That’s how thin they are. If you do choose to stay here pick a top floor, because you might end up with someone living above you that is extremely inconsiderate.

I work from home and have made continuous complaints about the noise and nothing has been done. I hate it here for that exact reason. A few more cons to mention: the elevators have been out since May and it’s October. Entry doors are also broken, which then leaves access for anyone to walk in, which isn’t safe at all! There’s always dog urine in the stair wells, and pet owners don’t always pick up after them. Pros: The maintenance team is great and pretty fast. And I feel safe for the most part. Can’t wait until my lease ends.

This property is truly delightful, boasting excellent amenities. As an out-of-town guest with uncertain expectations, my experience was elevated when I encountered Mr. Cash, a welcoming and attentive individual. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns with thoroughness and warmth an overall great experience.

The management does absolutely NOTHING about the very noisy neighbors who don’t have any respect or courtesy for people around them. Instead, they will tell you that everyone has a different lifestyle. In the weekly emails, there are rules stating that excessive/loud music is not permitted after 10 pm, but who cares! If you are a professional who has to work and wake up early in the morning, do not live here because clearly, this apartment is not meant for people who need to rest at night!
