We’ve been customers with Chris for nearly 20 years and couldn’t be happier. Bought a new Bullfrog hot tub after moving into our new house. It came in sooner than expected, and they were at our house around 4 to install, staying into the night to get it done and give us a quick lesson in operations. Chris and Pene are always willing to answer whatever off the wall questions we may have!

Once again Chris & his team have out done themselves! They all go above & beyond. We got our 2nd hot tub from him last year & thanks to a mechanical defect the shell started to have cosmetic issues. I only mentioned it to him in passing conversation while getting some chemicals not thinking anything could be done about it. Immediately he mentioned it to the company & got it replaced with a new one!
Caleb came out & installed it yesterday. He was so easy to talk to & helped me get everything perfect. Swapped out the old one with the new one & left NO trace behind! Lol
In a world where it's hard to find good help that you can depend on, with a good work ethic & have pride in their work, Chris hit the jackpot with Caleb!

We received delivery of our new Bulldog hot tub yesterday. Jarrod and helper arrived right at the appointed time. They had it sitting on my deck and completely installed in a very short order in my opinion.
They were very professional and helpful explaining how to operate and maintain the new tub.
Chris and Pene worked with us on several visits to the Longview store patiently answering all our questions and helping us decide what to buy.
I can't say enough good things about the people at Time Machine Hot Tubs of Longview Texas.
Simply outstanding service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase.

I purchased a Bullfrog tub from Chris and Pene almost 1 year ago. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. These folks are attentive and treat us like family! Every question is answered and every need is met! I really thought I had posted a review but cannot find it. Still today long after the sell.they still treat us like we have value. Post-sell treatment and service are as important as the product you buy! I literally love these people and I love my hot tub!

Upon our first visit to Time Machine Hot Tubs LLC in Longview, TX, we knew that if we were going to buy a hot tub, we would be working with Chris and Pene. They were so patient, easy going and educated us on each spa choice. It actually took 3 visits to make our final decision to purchase the Bullfrog spa and each visit was enjoyable and informative. Our new Bullfrog hot tub was installed this week and we are loving it! Their install crew is fabulous and worked beyond our expectations to get our new spa ready to use. After looking at several other stores and hot tubs, we decided to follow the advice of 2 different friends of ours and a stranger at a restaurant.
All three people raved about Chris Ogden and Penny saying they were very honest and helpful. After visiting, my husband and I totally agreed with their assessment. They spent a lot of time educating us and answering questions. We were very impressed with the looks, and versatility of the Bullfrog Hot Tubs. We were told to expect delivery in 6 weeks and got it in 3.

We love our new swim spa! This is the best of both worlds, pool and hot tub, plus all kinds of great features like the massage jets and exercise options.

Time Machine has made everything really easy. They gave us one price and even though we’ve needed a few more things since we bought it, they haven’t charged us anything extra. Much appreciated!

Plus, they made a heck of a delivery up a muddy hill and over a fence to get it right where we wanted it!

We bought our Bullfrog A6L from Chris and we couldn't be happier. Everytime we go in for chemicals or whatever we are treated beyond great. Chris knows me by name which is amazing considering all the people he meets. They go out of their way to make us happy and they are very successful at doing so. When the day comes to upgrade or replace we wouldn't consider going anywhere else. 6 stars in my opinion.

If you are planning to buy a hot tub then I recommend purchasing a Bullfrog hot tube, but more importantly buy from Time Machine Hot Tub. They provide genuine service after the sale. Not only did I get a great price for my hot tub I also received outstanding professional service. They are a five star outfit!

Purchased a hot tub from Chris Ogden/ Owner of Time Machine Hot Tubs, but we weren't ready for installation (due to home renovation) until months later. Chris patiently kept it stored safely for us. He was great with detailed information when we purchased and then about how to prep the electrical and any other questions we had prior to installation. Jarrod, their installer, did a great job when the day came and helping me understanding how it works and how to care for it. Both are very, very knowledgable about their business.

Months now after our installation our Sundance tub from Time Machine Hot Tubs is working great. We are really enjoying it and Time Machine continues to be very, very supportive and responsive with any questions or needs we have. Good products, good support, good guys.

Time Machine Hot Tubs has a great show room with many great choices on display. Chris Ogden is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the hot tub purchase experience. Chris & Pene went above & beyond in assisting us with a recommendation for our perfect hot tub. Once purchased, we are confident they will stand behind their product. Highly recommend this business to anyone in need of a spa, hot tub, training vessel, massage chair and/ or sauna. They even sold very cool video games (similar to classic cocktail arcade) that you can customize to display your company logo or favorite sports team.
