Timeout #4 Sports Bar & Grill, Friendswood TX

So we are here for the super bowl and the two bartenders in the bar are showing bad attitudes to every body they don't look happy.i ask the to turn the volume on the game because is to quite and still not doing it

Left a hoodie behind one night and forgot we left it there, we came back a week or so later and saw the server wearing it so we confronted her and she said it was ours and asked if she could wear it till we left. When we asked for it back when we were leaving she claimed she didn’t have anything on underneath and needed to keep it, which was confusing because she was willing to give it back earlier in the evening. After we successfully retrieve the hoodie and go to pay out the bartender then begins to claim that the hoodie was hers and she gave it to the girl from her closet. Trying to help the girl steal our hoodie. We then had a small argument in which the bartender basically just gave up on and we left. This was a very expensive hoodie and if the bartender really did buy it like she said she wouldn’t have given it up so easily. Be careful here. They hire thieves and if you arent careful they will steal from you. The bartender had green hair and was white. The server was a very thin black girl. We used to go here all the time because it’s right by our house. Never going again.

The packer games are fun. The service depends on who you have and the floor has been sticky for months

Awful service. The lady with the blue hair Natalia or whatever her name is clearly doesn't know what the word special is. I asked her twice before i ordered about a special on crawfish. She said no both times. When you deviate from the regular price it is a special. Paid full price for 4lbs of crawfish. I have came here plenty of times. As long as Natalia works there, she'll never serve me again! How do you try to argue with me about something that is posted on social media and 2 other workers and a customer who ordered the same thing confirmed.the same thing. I would rather pay more money for crawfish with better service so I can tip them very well.

Usually have a great time here but today was awful service. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks but it took her forever to come back and get our food order. As she was taking our order she wasn’t writing anything down and forgot both flavors I said for our wings. As she was ringing them up she literally yelled across the bar to ask what flavor I asked for. Maybe write it down like a normal bartender? Then she completely forgot our appetizer (fried pickles) which was the main reason I came to eat here. We finally got our food and she never came back down to our end of the bar the entire time so I never got a refill on my drink & couldn’t enjoy my food. All the while she is trying to whip the other bartender with a towel behind the bar. So annoying and completely unprofessional. I know this is a bar, but at least make sure people at least have a drink before you start goofing off.

These ladies know how to pour a beer. Food is good.
Will definitely be going there again.

It's a fun place and their pizza is out of this world good. They must bring in fresh cheese, that I haven't experienced before.

The bartender, Stephanie, was absolutely RUDE! Called 15 minutes prior to the kitchen closing all to be put on hold forever so I drove there and got there 2min after the kitchen closed and Stephanie decided to put her hand in MY FACE and then walk away and when I confronted her about it she waved her hand at me and said “toodles” like is that the way you treat your customers? Guys next to me said she’s been like that all night too! Absolutely ridiculous that you treat a customer that way! One thing is for sure, I wanted to try this place for the first time since moving here, but not anymore!

Been coming for years! Don’t like that I can’t play any hip hop or rap songs anymore! If I pay for the jukebox I should be able to play what I want

I have been coming to Timeout 4 for 5 years now. And I always loved the bartenders and management. It’s so ridiculous that the jukebox has been stripped of “certain” music. Not just hip hop and r&b. But music from every genre. Timeout never had any of the new artists or music (and I never really care). But they have removed all of the old school hip hop and r&b. Don’t know why it happened. But it needs to be fixed ASAP. Customers that have been coming in for years are not leaving and it’s not just because of the music. That’s just the straw that broke the camels back.

I used to love this place! But the service and its food is /was not at its greatest! But this seems to be the norm now. ‍️No one wanting to be GREAT!

I have been to this bar several times before and enjoyed it. I walked in with my girlfriend and our ears were assaulted with screaming metal music on the joke box. We decided to stay and play some shuffleboard and selected some different music so we could make the most of it. After our first 2 songs played the next 2 were skipped by the bartenders. We had already waited patiently for our music to play because the bartenders were playing their music on priority. We will not be returning or recommending this establishment.

Should definitely fix your outside speaker. It's really awful. The speaker itself is blown.

Not a bad place. Not a great place. One of the few remaining places who has an 11-7 happy hour with comparatively cheap drinks. The waitresses are lazy, or on pills, or both depending which one you get. I would recommend sitting at the bar if you plan on doing any real drinking.

*Update* been here a few more times since my last review, and I can categorically say, no one appeared to be on pills or any drug of any kind. Still lazy though. Like seriously sat there and watched the bartender who wasn't staring at their phone state off into the distance for a solid 2-3 minutes. Maybe he was having one of those existential nightmares. But I think it was just general listlessness. Still three stars, but only because of the happy hour drinks.

Not happy at all that the juke box has been ripped of any good old school rap and R&B music. I had a playlist and it's no good now. Bring it back! ;

What a terrible sports bar. They have 50 TV. We asked them if we could hear the NBA basketball game or the Sunday night baseball instead of fishing. They told us we had to put money in the jukebox to change what tv we hear in the speakers.

Omg we got here and have been sitting at our table for more then 30 minutes omg, we aren’t the only ones there are 3 other tables looking around like dude what’s going on. Waiting for these waitresses is exhausting and then they come up with a creepy vibe trying to take my order. This is 2022 leave that weird stuff in 2021 ya feel me

It is a decent neighborhood bar to watch the games but i wish the waitress Jodie was not raciest or rude she gave very poor service and should really be taught customer service and to treat all people the same. I recieved one glass of water and never came back walked past me several times not stopping very unpleasant did not feel welcomed
