CHRISTIN the store manager is very rude. I walked to purchase tobacco and without even attempting to ring up what i wanted she stated and I quote "ITS NOT MY JOB TO RING UP TOBACCO FIRST". By law you ring up the customers items and the computer prompt you to see ID. SHE REFUSE sale me tobacco because she didn't want to ring up the item she wanted my ID. I paid for my items and she sat my things on the counter. I told her its rude and that I handed her what she needed and asked her to hand me my items. She stated again "THATS MY PART OF MY JOB DISCRIPTION" first off as a manager for a company it is yoir job DISCRIPTION to provide customer service which CHRISTIN desperately lacks. And any company that sales tobacco and or beer scans the item first then ID. CHRISTIN has the worst customer service and needs to be trained not only on customer service but common sence as well. When someone hands you something in your hand its common courtesy to return the favor by handing them their items back in their hand whether its cash, card, or money. Its rude to sit it on the counter for them to fetch it like some animal. I refuse to be treated as such. IF you ever go to this location and CHRISTIN is at the counter just know she will refuse to sell you any tobacco or beer without first seeing your ID. I will not be in this store again. And I am not the only one she has done that too. By law the cashier must scan your items first then ID just a FYI. I was a manager at a retail store before so I know how it goes. CHRISTIN honey you need better training on customer service and common sence. I guess companies just hire any and everybody with lack of experience.
