Wonderful experience! I called for an appointment around 9 AM. Dr. Montalvo’s office called me back within minutes to set up an appointment for 2 PM the same day. I walked into the office exactly on time. I was called to an examination room just a few minutes later. The nurse, Stephanie, asked me a few questions and took my vitals. Two minutes later Dr. Montalvo walked in and spent at least 15 minutes with me to talk about my concerns. He immediately had the nurse do nasal swabs for Covid and the flu and wrote an order for a lung
X-ray. I was in and out of Dr. Montalvo’s office in 20 minutes. Most efficient doctor’s appointment ever! To top it off, X-ray only took 30 minutes totally, and prescriptions Dr. Montalvo called in were ready before I left the hospital parking lot. But best of all is that I received a call from Dr. Montalvo’s office on the way home at 4 PM regarding the results of my tests and X-ray! It was a good day! I would give Dr. Montalvo and his staff a rating of ten stars if I could!

Receptionist very friendly. Doctor was not. Said one thing to my daughter, didn’t ask who adults were, argued with me about medical details, talked over me, etc we won’t be returning.

Dr Montalvo and staff are very effective and friendly. They take the time to listen to the patient.

I find the Dr.very interested in my health and very thorough in everything concerning it.
He is very personable and seems up to date with the latest medical findings.
I highly recommend him.

I really like Dr. Montalvo. He seemed concerned about me. We both asked questions. He gave me a lot of information. He's my primary doctor now.

The office and lab staff were friendly and proficient, the nurse was great and Dr. Montalvo was caring and knowledgeable.

I really like how Dr Montalvo takes the time to answer your questions. He explains in a way I can understand. I am really pleased with him as my doctor.

Really appreciated the thorough care Dr. Montalvo gave me on my first visit. He listened and cared about my concerns He seems to have a vast background. He made sure I understood any conditions that he took time to explain to me. Refs to a specialist for my health concerns, lab tests and pharmacy prescriptions were addressed and done before I left. I highly recommend Dr. Montalvo!

He was kind and understanding, thorough about asking me questions. The only thing I did not like is that he wanted to refer me to too many other doctors and a ct scan that I cannot afford at this time.

The doctor listened to me and made a decision as to his thoughts, I listened to his thoughts and I think he is a very fair and kind trusting physician.

I felt like I was being rushed. I didn't get a chance to tell him the full story of my problem. He was hung up on the gabapentin and was not listening to me about my problem. My problem started 8 years ago and I told Dr. Saucedo, he brushed me off then I told Dr. McCormick he brushed me off now This Dr is brushing me off. So right now I can't write a good review. We will see in 6 months if he is interested in what I have to say.

Very nice office facilities Friendly personnel easy to get a check up. Elisabeth made allowances for my hearing problem by speaking up

He seems knowledgeable and I was comfortable with him. I think when I know him better we will develope a better rapport. I don't have any negative comments, we are just new to each other.
