Timothy Thomason, M.D. / Metroplex ENT & Allergy reviews
17I visited Dr. Zhou today by paying $60 co pay. I am seeing an ENT doctor and doctor needs to check my throat and i am fine which ever methods she uses. I was shocked to see additional bill of $134 and they call the checking method as a procedure and neither the doctor nor the Nurse told me that there is price for the test and my insuranace covers or not.why front desk didn't check with the insurence in advance? They checked and they do know that my insurance is not covering that procure and none of the team informed me about the price for the so called procedure and i was told there is no option but pay that $134. I have not see any clinic or hospital who wont tell the price of the procedures to the patients and give an option to the patient if they want to proceed or not. This is a scam.
Very nice and humble Doctore very caring doctore.he did my surgery salarwagland removal. 1 yearsi been waiting and every thingis exilent.when ever i goest to follow up doctor treating very well.i recomend every one DoctorTimothy is the best.staff is very friendly.
Super rude people specially front desk. I called to cancel an appointment and they did and just hang the phone. I said thank you and not even a you’re welcome or sure or no problem.like nothing just what is the pt.name and is cancel and hang up the phone. But when I called to set up the appointment was about the same thing super rude people.no professionalism
Its all good.but while signing a consent form.they dont say you are going to get charge for no call no show on appointments.although i called them.show up no matter what or they will charge your account whithout asking you.
We went there for some allergic reaction for my mom. Dr. Thomason is an excellent health care provider.he explain to us in a detailed way.overall excellent service we got from here. Above all he cleaned my mom's ear wax too and she felt very relaxed now.
My primary doctor sent me to Dr Thomason, for my voice. Him and his staff are awesome. He took the time to read what I had written down. Greatly appreciated.
Not sure how people have had bad experiences with Dr. Thomason because I've been with him for 4 years and have only had the care from him and his staff he always does what it takes to provide the best care and treatment for his patients and his staff is amazingly friendly
Dr Timothy is patience and work with you in regards of your needs and concerns. The staff was very nice explaining everything to to.
Dr. Thomason is thoroughly professional and efficient, as is his office staff. The doctor himself, while pleasant and courteous, is not the sort who takes a lot of time with you to develop a warm personal relationship, and I’m perfectly okay with that: he’s an excellent doctor, and that’s the primary concern for me. Others may feel differently, and they may need to find a doctor who’s the kind of person that’s in their personal comfort zone.
Not only is the staff unprofessional but Dr. Thomason never actually sees you. He was late to my biopsy he was two hours late to my surgery he was a no call no show to my follow up to surgery (to find out if I had cancer by the way) and overcharged me for straight payments and did not bother to offer an apology. This is by far the worst example of a consummate professional that I have ever seen or heard of
Dr. Thomason, and everyone on his staff, is very professional, courteous, honest, and efficient. I appreciate that he listens and considers all the possibilities and courses of treatments during my visits. Sometimes, it's something so simple that will resolve itself, but I appreciate that he listened and alleviated my concerns.
Went to see him for a vertigo and sinus congestion and he didn't do anything for sinus but have a follow up in 3 weeks I can't even open my eyes because the pain is horrible now I have to go see someone else who can help me to relief this chronic sinus
Does not listen to you, makes you feel crazy and when you tell him a problem he says the problem is not possible.why would i even be there. Will avoid this place like the plague.
Dr. Thomason took excellent care of my father with his Zenker's Diverticulum! Knowing all the complications he assured us surgery was the only option! Kind, Patient and Knowledgeable!
Dr Thomason is very kind and a gentleman. Dr. Thomason seemed to genuinely listen and really go out of his way to explain things to me about what was going on with my hearing. Thanks for actually caring for your patient. It's very nice to feel secure when you need a Dr and you find one you can trust. His nurse and the girls who were in back who scheduled my next visit were very kind also. Thanks to you ALL.
Please avoid! Very unprofessional staff and Dr. 's. I will never go back there again! They called to confirm my apt for 215pm and have a 15 minute late policy- when I showed up at 225 they told me the dr left for the day and couldn't see me. Also the receptionist was very rude and first told me my apt was 2pm- then came back and said no it was 210pm! Will never recommend anyone to go there! Change ur front desk staff if u want more patients!
I attempted to call to setup an appointment, but without talking to a real person I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. This happened multiple times. Also I called during your posted business hours online, but the phone system said that the office was closed. Not a great experience for a potential new patient coming to you on a professional recommendation.
