Tires To You, San Antonio TX

I went in with a flat tire and they were able to get the spare on without any charges. Regardless if I purchased through them or not. Everyone was so nice and provided great customer service! I will only buy from from this place from here on out!

Horrible tire shop. I had a low tire a few days ago and was unable to fill it up because the wheel (rim) cover was placed incorrectly. It has a little spot for the stem instead they had replaced it so it was pinching the stem and in needed to undo all of the lugs to shift it, in the rain. Bad timing. Even worse last time I went to their store in heard a wheezing sound coming from my right front tire. Checked it and found a hole. Told them about it before they did the rotate and balance. 2 hours later they gave me my keys and I was assured it was fixed. I checked immediately it was not. Told them, 30 minutes later it was fixed. Hindsight is 20/20 I realized that when I checked I did so on the right front tire. That means they never rotated my tires. 2 steps rotate and balance tires. This begs the question what else are they not doing. I'll be going back to discount tire once these tires are done. Thought I was getting a deal, what a jip I'll never stray again. Worst place to get your tires, ever!

Not happy with this service that I got They should have equipment that doesn't do damage to wheels well I don't know how the training they have on a tire machine but they scratch my wheels in the past and they scratched my wheels again this on this visit, And didn't put my spear in the trunk will take my business to the one in Austin

Yes my experience with tires to you has been excellent. From the day I made my purchase of news tire for my vehicle I've had no problems. I've had 2 incidents where I have picked up a nail in separate tires on different times but all I had to do is phone in and bring it to there attention and they more than happy to assist me with the inconvenience by asking me to bring it in and they would take care of it with no problem or charges. Also when it was time for tire rotation I gave them a call in to see what I had to do and they asked me just to bring it in and they would be more than happy to take care of it again at no cost. The staff are people friendly and always happy to assist you in anyway. My wait when having my tires serviced has been no more than an hour which is comforting being I'm not the only customer making purchases or having vehicle serviced. Yes I have nothing but positive feedback for the staff and everyone involved with this company truly professionalism. Thank you tires to you and to your outstanding staff and personal prayers to each and everyone of you involved with my satisfaction

Tires To You in San Antonio, TX bailed me out of a dire situation.
While on the road to deliver materials out of town. I had a blowout on my trailer.

And the Discount Tire & Walmart in Kyle, Tx couldn't provide me any tires at the time.
So I called Tires To You and they immediately went to work for me.
They sent staff to pick up at they're warehouse.

I was then able to get them delivered by my friend Richard Gomez and installed.

Great place and friendly CSRs. Have always helped me out when I need tires or a flat repair. I was asked, “Why do you drive all the way across town, just to fix a tire, when there is a shop 5 minutes from you? ” My answer came as they gave me my keys to my car, “That’s why…Because they are good. ” Thanks again guys for everything.
