I don’t know if it was the company or just the guy I had when we walk in but we was told we couldn’t see any of the homes until they ran our credit check said it would be a waste of time my wife and I had been looking at different companies to choose by and that was the first time we was told such a thing as a African American I really hate to say this because not everyone is racist but I truly felt like the guy who was talking to us was when didn’t get far as the front door in the office ask all of his questions standing up didn’t even bothered to ask what we was looking for we ended up going to palm harbor where we brought our home

Inspect your home top to bottom literally even the roof. I have been in my home about 2 years and its problem after problem this is not a quality home or company. When I first moved in there was a water leak we had to turn off the water from the outside after each use and had to wait about a week and a half to get it fixed. There was a dent in the floor that had to get fixed like it was caving in. The doors are un even my front door still has air and light coming through after it was attempted to be fixed. And my roof was leaking because they didnt seal the vents down properly and there were spaces between the shingles. Nobody responds when they say they will. Definitely do your research before buying from this company. I should have followed my gut and walked away and let them keep my down payment.

The horrible service, we had a bad advisor who was upset because we were not interested in the ones he wanted, which were the most expensive and they want to force you to buy with them and while we were in the office he told us in the meantime we are going to be in contact as if saying go away

Unfortunately he was the only one who spoke Spanish
