Titan Factory Direct, New Braunfels TX

Yes we love our home but the A/C never works 2 years old and having to replace it. I argued with them about the A/C and know I’m having to replace it 2 years later! This place doesn’t back up what they sell!
Yes Caleb sold us the house missing a screen which we had to fix! I’m so mad at this place! 2 years of fighting with the A/C!

Very nice people. Our model home is located on their lot, we enjoyed getting to see what it's going to look like

Worst experience! Highly unreliable! Unfinished work. Cabinets are a disaster. Cabinets left with rough plywood as the finish. Basically leaving us to remodel. On a new home! Would not recommend!

This place was GREAT! Hunter opened up shop for us today so we could take a look around. I wasn't even shopping for myself (it was for my Granny) but he left such a grand impression that I am even considering buying a home from him! Great job Hunter! Keep up the good work

I started my experience with one rep who told me we could use my land that is paid for as a down payment, my credit was fine and I gave them 1k down payment. Then she left the company and I ended up with Hunter. When I contacted him, I informed him that I was recently divorced and my credit took a hit and my income was from disability and alimony. He ran my credit and told me I was "good as gold" and set a meeting up. At the meeting he told me the exact opposite of what the previous sales person said. My land could not be used as a down payment, even though it was paid for and septic would not be rolled into the loan. Then he informs me I can't get approved. He thought I left and I actually heard him whining to another sales person about it. What happen to "Good as Gold". Thanks for the BS you guys shovel out to your potential customers.

I hate when I know what I want and I know what I have and people try to talk me out of what I already know what I need. This is the 2nd Titan Factory I visited. Not as bad as the first, but don't try and finance me for something or talk me out of the financing I already have in place. Geesh!

Can’t say enough nice things about Case Ryan at Titan Direct New Braunfels! I would highly recommend him to guide you thru the process of buying a new home!

Stopped by today, in the rain Hunter was awesome! Gave us a lot of details and definitely will be buying our mother n law home with Titan!

We were passing by and noticed the tiny houses and my daughter wanted to take a look we had just left another dealer who said we could not find any unrestricted property in the area. We met Caleb and he informed us that was not true and he would be glad to help us find our home and so far it is going well it is just the beginning of the process but we are optimistic about the possibility we look forward to working with Caleb

From the moment I first called them on the phone, they were friendly and very attentive to my needs as a potential home owner.
They were more than willing to let me do a walkthrough of several homes with my 2 kids. They let us take our time and be real meticulous in our walkthrough. Another thing I liked and greatly appreciated was the fact they didn't have a salesperson follow us around and pressure us to buy immediately.

I was helped by Hunter at the New Braunfels location recently. I have never experienced worst customer service. He was pushy, slow, and rude. I’m pretty sure he and half the staff were stoned and high out of their minds. Do they not drug test employees before hiring them to help customers make $100K+ purchases?

It was a pleasure meeting with Hunter! He took his time to discuss all possible options. I look forward to working with him.

I spent a total of about 6 hours at this facilty walking through the homes on two seperate Saturdays. It was a nice time and interesting learning about Manufactured Homes. My sales person was Hunter and he did an exceptional job explaining and showing me the different models and options. You should certainly pay a visit here if your thinking on purchasing a Manufactired Home.

SeanLuc was amazing.sadly I cant buy right now but he treated me amazing every step of the way.he even gave me a step by step plan to get me ready.his homes were great and well built. I will tell my friends, family, and anyone I can, to come see SeanLuc "the funny fat guy" to get a champion home.

We went in and shopped homes at Titan and it was an absolute joy. Great staff, the sales person was not pushy and the General manager was very pleasant again was not pushy at all! When we decide to purchase a home down the road this is the company we will go with.
