I had never gotten a title loan before, so I didn't know what to expect. The first place I tried offered me a ridiculously low amount and the second place didn't even bother returning my call, so I was a bit discouraged when I finally tried calling TitleMax.
Kelly was really friendly, so I stopped by on my way home from work and I am glad I did. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. If I need a loan in the future, I know where I'm going to go.

I haven’t had the best experience when taking out a loan in the past, but after finding Kelly at the Bedford location, I was a very pleased customer! She was informative, making sure I had any and all information I needed to know, and was very professional/friendly. If I ever need another loan in the future, I will come back to see her!
