T.J. Maxx, Houston TX

This store is very close to my home and I shop at it a lot in last two decades. It used to be good but not now. Their new employees hired in 2021 had very bad attitudes to customers especially when I did online returns. I did more online shoppings since Covid-19. Their policy allows return online orders to stores. I don’t understand why they treat customers like this. I am very disappointed and will shop and return in other Tj in the future although they are farther th an this one.

Dressing room still aren't opened so it's a bummer. If I need to make returns it's 50 miles away!

Not full of merchandise as other TJ Maxx. Also, doesn't have the unique pieces that are discounted from big retail store.

The best assistance I have had in any T. J Maxx store. Lina Kourdi was so patient with me as I picked out a gift for my mother's birthday. I walked in and had no clue what I had in mind, but she guided me throughout the store while simultaneously assisted other customers. I can tell she is such a hard worker, is quick, and can handle the pressure of busy days. She knows the store inside out and what deals are best for me. Great service! Will definitely be revisiting for other gifts!

Every visit in this location is the best experience as far as customer service, the manager Kevin was so nice and patient for my returns and the lady in the jewelry section which unfortunately i cant remember her name was awesome.

Not sure if it's due to the state of our Nation, short supplies, low demand or what - this TJ Maxx is currently very low on stock (6.1.2020). Wasn't worth the time to stop. Employees were friendly enough. I was greeted at the door, which was a first.

I travel for a living and lost the receipt for one of there Runway pieces. Then the pandemic happened and I just wanted to exchange it and I lost the receipt. Would have been completely happy with an exchange. After I wasn’t allowed to return it because they were closed and I’ve moved 3x since the pandemic started and I lost the receipt. I have spent so much money with tjmaaxx.not anymore!

Nice selection & good quality items for discounted prices. Really nice jewelry selection. Will definitely recommend.

The day I went in there wasn't much there to brag about. If you shop there regularly you know you have to hit that store up when their truck comes in, get there after the regulars and it's slim pickings. So, it wasn't a good visit for me, The shoes were ehh, and it was just picked over. I didn't go into the back area to see things for the home, so, that's a wrap!

Been going there since the beginning.everybody very kind except the lady behind jewelry counter.

I absolutely love this store but don't ever think that you are going to run in and out within 30 minutes. You might want to set aside two hours and with that you have still only covered maybe half of the store they have amazing deals! All the people that work the register are so very nice every time I go in.

Very hit or miss especially with little kid's clothes. Can often find good shoes, suitcases, and purses, but women's and men's clothes seem to be lacking. There are plenty of juniors clothes though.

Love Tjmaxx but this one doesn't have much of a variety for items in the kitchen. Example being casserole dishes, bowls cups etc.

Used to frequent this location & would always find bargains. Past few times I've been there I no longer see as much quality & selection is minimal.

I haven't gone here in years but made a visit last week. Good prices and the store is looking a lot cleaner from when I remember. Got a steal on rugs and pillows. The line was long but the employees were speedy and very helpful.

Amazing place to shopping. All in this place is the best quality and the best brands.

Love this store! They carry designer brands and high-end products for a much lower price and they have a lot to choose from! The checkout is really nice at this store you have to experience it to understand.

Good quality, alright prices, wide variety of options; they have items that some of the larger stores don't have in stock

Crazy during the days before Christmas but I love this store. You never know what you will find that you didn't know you needed!

TJM is my store. Now, you will have to search for what u want. But I kind of like that about the place-it's like a treasure hunt! I got some really nice asics running shoes there for 25 bucks. (They go at sports retailers for about a 100). I really needed to replace my shoe. So I'm glad I got it! And I got other pairs too:)
