This store is very well maintained and kept very neat and orderly. That must be hard to do especially during the holiday season. But, the employees and their manager get it done. Kudos to them. Your customers appreciate the hard work you put into your store.

It was was super packed, there was long lines like crazy & one if my items needed a price check- (i was like, its okay, ill come back later, i dont want to hold the lines further!) she is like, no worries, we will hold it & have a price for y! I left my number, didnt get a call back, i called, they gave me the price & i said, ill pick it up. Came at 8 am the next morning and no1 had a clue & no item! Man, talk about ZERO communication all around from TJ Max. Man, i wonder if their meetings are always this crazy with ZERO direction!

(next time ill wait for a price check, here i was just trying to be nice & thoughtful

Was looking to purchase a Brahmin card holder that didn’t have the price tag, & the manager decided to sell it to me for $99. Overheard her tell the lady behind the counter that another employee wanted to purchase it too so she gave me a higher price than what it’s originally worth which is literally $40 on the actual Brahmin website. I think she believes it’s a high brand considering the way she was dressed.

Not a lot of people at the time that i went, very friendly the cashier, good prices, sort of fast line

It's okay BUT my 8 month old niece and I slipped in the store hitting our face and head into the metal pole sustaining injurias. Not one manager or associate bothered helping us get up. Not one asked if we were okay. Two of them stood there and laughed. I should've sued but my niece was my main concern. And if you see medical attention right away then you can't.

Great store. Well stocked. Very courteous and professional. Vivi was very helpful! Two thumbs up!

Omg I love this store! I always manage to blow $100 every visit. Always something new to find here. Very nice jewelry at amazing prices, and great employees too.
