This is a new store and carries better stuff than the rest of tjmaxx in town!
This store continues to prove it's the best TJMaxx store in the DFW area.

Not too happy with this location, went in today to look at stuff for my toddlers. Walked up to a younger guy with shoulder length hair and was trying to ask if they had toddler boots and before I could even ask he shrugged his shoulders so I said what does that mean, you don’t know? He shakes his head yea. Not sure if he can’t talk or if he’s just rude so I walk off and ask another lady. She barely speaks English but says I think it’s over there and points to the ceiling smh. I left, so annoyed.

Five stars isn't enough. Outstanding customer service. My wife and I have been to numerous TJ Maxx locations over the course of a couple months now looking for specific items for my 7 year old daughter. Landed at this location that's an hour away from my home and was not disappointed. We went to the register, without what we came for and we're talking to the cashier about not being able to find certain items. The cashier next to us, who's name is Vicky, overheard and said she had the item and planned to purchase it herself. Instead, she was super fast to offer it to us. The manager, Lorraine, heard this and was praising Vicky for being so courteous and helpful. I'm a regional manager for another company and I can say that's the most amazing management and customer service I've ever witnessed. Other companies should take notes from these two individuals. They set a high bar that will be difficult to top. Thanks you so much for the help.

Today I was in the store and the check out process was crazy! There were 5 in line when I first got in line. They had five "open" lights on but only two lanes were really open. All of the sudden, one of the two cashiers leaves his station to help someone find a price. They were gone at least five minutes. (now leaving one person) There were several woman that had been in line iwth me complaining to the cashiers and they didn't seem to care. I asked for his name and she wouldn't share it. I tried calling the store manager, Lorraine Gonzalez, and was put on hold twice for over five minutes (before hanging up). It was a very unpleasant experience.

I used to love shoping here, but people here aren't nice anymore. Maybe one or two give a smile but the majority don't even seem like they want to be working here. Maybe the management is to blame? I'd definitely investigate before holidays comes around, you might be in big trouble with lack of labor as it has happened before.

This place used to be one of my favorites to frequent over the last few years. The last several months there is a 10 to 20 minute. Wait every time to check out with usually only one or two employees checking out while several others are doing other things. It's ridiculous. Starting to get trashy dirty and under staffed consistently. Please help

Store hours online are not accurate. They do not open at 9 AM. They open at 9: 30 AM. TJMAXX please fix and update your hours.

Unless you would like to be racially profiled and harassed, do not go to this Tj Max.leaving. After my wife purchased items with a RECEIPT, she was harassed and stopped at the door by Marcia, who should NOT be in management whatsoever. She racially profiled my wife after she made a purchased and turned down a TJ MAXX bag for one of the items. Marcia assumed that she had stolen the item (s) and continued to harass her after stating she could not take the cart outside but continued to snatch her item out the cart and demand a receipt. If this situation is about a cart, why snatch her item (that she paid for) and keep her from leaving and THEN realizing it was paid for? It’s 2023 and we’re still dealing with racism. It’s sad that you can’t shop and pay for items and be left alone in peace.

If you have so much merchandise that needs to get stocked do it before or after store hours! Why do you have 3 aisles closed, employees in and out telling you to move along with your cart so they can pass with the big carts and this madness going on! I’m coming to unwind and have a good time and shopping experience, not to get stressed out by your deliveries and the incompetence of corporate to properly deliver merchandise that fits the back room before overflow the aisles. Absurd!
Also, employees have zero sense of customer service and urgency! The worst TjMaxx I ve been!

I ordered a pair of shoes online from Sierra and when they arrived, they didn't fit. I noticed that there aren't any Sierra locations here in Texas (I just moved here from Colorado and didn't realize this before). I called the prosper TJMaxx store to ask if I could return a Sierra online order to their store. I stressed multiple times that it was from Sierra and was told that yes, they can accept the return here. So I packed up my newborn and toddler to return my item. Only to be told once I got to the store that I can't return it there. I understand if that's the policy, I'm not complaining about that. I'm frustrated that I specifically called to ask ahead of time to make sure I could return it before heading to the store with my two very young kids only to be turned away once I got there. The lady I spoke with on the phone was there and said she spoke with me, but she said she thought it was a TJMaxx order and that was that. No apology or anything. If your employee has a hard time understanding English, maybe have someone else answer the phone calls.

Terrible manager and employees at this location. She was rude and not helpful. The line was ridiculously long and tons of people waiting to check out.

Went to Prosper store got offered to apply for a credit card, I declined cashier assuming I said no because my "Status" I maybe illegally in the US said you can use your Mexican ID (I am not even from Mexico) manager got mad at me because I complained she said is definitely ok to said that to people plus the lady double charged me but got back my money still so unprofessional from management and the cashier

I went there on November 2022 on Friday. I went inside the store. And to my surprise, I found a singing dancing Rudolph toy in the toys section! I bought it for a great price, and I made a video of it on my YouTube channel.

Best Staff I have ever dealt with!
Super friendly and went above and beyond to make me and my kiddos feel comfortable and welcomed!
I drive out of my way home just to come to this store.

Worst customer service the so called manager (in grey) who doesn’t even where their name tag had the ugliest attitude ever seen. They don’t know how to interact with customers what so ever. She acted like someone was forcing her to work there. This whole store team showed be replaced. Once we told them that we wanted to split the purchase to and card and cash the “manager” sighed and gave the ugliest look. When we asked her by she was giving the attitude she said with even more attitude that she was always like that.then all the employees came basically ganging up on us and all giving attitude. We ended up not buying anything and leaving the store while all the staff was just laughing

The worst customer service I have ever seen. The “manager” was at the cashier and we were the only ones in line. She was giving us attitude and didn’t greet us at all. I have never seen someone with such an ugly personality.
