T.J. Maxx reviews
17Great store, I love their home goods department specially the kitchen stuff really good prices. I have came around a lot of good clothing items but their fitting rooms are still closed! I don’t wanna go thru the what if it doesn’t hassle and wait for a refund. I think it’s time to re open them and then I’ll buy clothes from this store.
T. J MAXX IS ONE THE BETTER VALUE DEPARTMENT STORES NOTHING IS JUST THROWN AROUND OR MESSY LIKE ROSS OR BURLINGTONS This was is ok not the best selection hence the 3 Rating Also stood till closing
Huge selection of new and unique items. Great prices the store is very clean and organized. Two of the items I purchase was this mickey and minnie salt and pepper shaker, a grill tool set for 19.99 each.
This store was neat and clean, but what stood out most was the exceptional customer service. I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed specific direction. I went straight there, got what I needed and got out. 20 minutes. Done.
They are doing an amazing job with COVID protocols. From the moment you come in, nice store associates have a cart for you and are ready to disinfect. When you check out, the counter is cleaned after every customer and the card reader hasa plastic over the keypad to facilitate cleanliness. Very satisfied, highly recommend, and will return.
I found what I was looking for st the right price. The checkout line was a little long, but nothing like Walmart
It is a very good store and real calm and you can find any type of clothes you are looking for.
I honestly expected it to be better than Ross but I was a little disappointed that it wasn't. Still has some great items at good prices.
From a mens perspective, this store is completely useless. There is hardly any mens clothing at all, just a tiny section without any sign. If you are a woman then you will probably love this store as its about 70% women's clothing, 15% home goods, 10% kids and maybe 5% mens / miscellaneous.
Baffles me how this store has high reviews. Most of the time things are unorganized. What they have in stock is rarely cute. Most annoying part is the attitude of the cashiers. I was being checked out at the counter by some Mexican girl with brown hair and she couldn't even give a basic proper greeting. All she said was "I can help the next customer" and what my total price was. Not even a "have a nice day". Just handed me my bag and receipt. Noticed she did this for other people that were ahead of me as well. It's clear this store hires anyone that can scan items and bag them. Customer service is not a priority. Complete disappointment.
You can find a lot of good things in this store for not much at all, and they always have nice purses. The only thing that sucks is the cashiers.
Some clothes are all over the place. Not well organized at all. Not impressed with the clothes either.
Lots of goods, prices very agreeable. Kinda messy and sometimes crowded, but overall well worth it because they have a pretty good selection of clothes, luggage, and household stuff.
TJMaxx is one of my favorite store. You can get brands like Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Under Armour and similar for very cheap. I like kitchenware section, and the footwear section sometimes has very nice shoes.
This location has limited dresses or suits. Other locations have larger selections to choose from.
Its a store that you have to search for your clothes, like.jeans all clumped together smashed in till the rack can no longer hold more clothes. Its just a pain to shop like that instead of like at other stores. And Its just difficult to find quality clothes. I dont know I wasnt impressed with this store. Nah-nuh uh Nope!
Cashier was rude to mother kept checking and even smelled the stupid 15.00 blouse my mom returned. I guess my mom didn't look rich enough to be shopping there or maybe not the right color
