Always find what I am looking for, at great prices. The decor at this store is outstanding. I always pick all my staging items from either Homegoods or Marshall's. Will visit again.

Horrible experience with this store, goods are upsidedown, broken, hardly to what are you looking for.

Nice place, actually got me a little thing for my desk when I have more than 60 clients for my business. Glad my time there wasnt wasted on going to the bathroom, they actually got some neat stuff worth buying!

The associates were really nice. The store was clean and organized. It was the managers that seemed to have an attitude for no reason and unfortunately will be the reason I no longer return to this store

The worst manager the worst experience I had in this t.j. Max a couple of week.they are just a lier. They are lying about thier return policy they are behaving customers so bad.whenever you want to return something they act like u didnt buy from this store.

This location always has a lot of good stuff, but seriously - it's WAY TOO CROWDED - they might need to add some more square footage or move into the old Sam's Club building adjacent to it because it's too packed in there with "stuff" - it looks very cluttered now.

Today I went to the TJ Maxx at Eldridge Parkway, Houston, TX to return a soap dispenser, Because after 2 weeks I use it I couldn’t pump soap. But the staffs there just make everything more difficult When asking for receipts that date and specific time when I purchased. I just want a simple thing that replace the workable one, I don’t ask for money back or anything else but they keep telling me that because of their policy. An old lady staff there were so rude to me and treat me which a bad attitude for customer. When I got home and searched for a return policy at TJ Maxx. I can do a store credit with a purchase over 30 days and without a receipt. I’m so disappointed when I can do a purchase over 400 and just asked for a simple thing To replace the $13 soup dispenser that customer doesn’t satisfy. Just the lack of company policy knowledge and being rude, they lost a loyalty customer! Never Go back there because of an unprofessional and lack of understand the company Policy And treat a customer which an unacceptable attitude!

I purchased a soap dispenser at TJ Maxx. When I got home I saw it’s been used because I see the stain, but I didn’t have time to go back to return, so I kept it. Then, I couldn’t pump soap after two weeks used. Today, I has a day off so I bring it to return. An old staff there never has a right attitude to treat a customer, she opens big eyes and yield at me. I just want simple thing that replace another one, I didn’t ask them to refund money or anything. They keep asking me for a receipt And blame for the TJMaxx policy. But when I search online TJ Maxx can do a store credit for the purchase over 30 days and with that rêcipt. I even about purchased almost $200 there, but they made me so disappointed, I left the store without any purchase. Never come back here anymore because of their unprofessional, lack of understand the policy.

Always great finds here! Its clean and pretty well organized. They do a great job of keeping everything in it's right spot so that it can be seen and shopped! It's probably my fav location.

Quality merchandise, purses, cosmetics, clothes, shoes, beautiful housewares furniture, spices, teas, etc.

Wow, clean, decently organized, prices clearly marked. Clearance items obviously separated. Staff is friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning whenever I am in Houston.

I love this place. I’ve been coming here here for 5 plus years, and have never been disappointed. I’m always finding great deal on home goods and clothing for myself and my family. Starting in November, the line can get ridiculously long, but they seem to have it under control.

Never shopping there again. Bought a coat for 170 dollars. Left it in my closet for a week. When I tried it on again the zipper would not work. I tried to return it and the store manager would not let me because it was no sellable. Yeah it was a little wrinkled because I put it in a bag to take it back but I didn’t wear it other than trying it on. It had no tares or stains. I got it two or three weeks ago at the most.

Everyone likes shopping there and Home Goods Store. Great prices, items, jewelry, purses, etc. Usually go there for bath and body items. They have lots of things. Reminds me of Joskes and Foley's.

Home Goods was a terrible experience. Went to buy pots and pans. Most didn't have information about the material they were made with.

A lot of great stuff. Lines are long but you don't have to wait as long to pay. Staff is fairly friendly and helpful.

Found stuff I wasn't looking for bit not anything i was looking for. Dont shop here unless you have an hour or two to spare.

Long check out lines are standard at this store. However because they have a good selection of products and even managed to keep the sale section tidy, I rate them 4 stars. The staff are no where to be found really, not like I need their help. Otherwise, no complaints. I bought more than I should have and then I also bought supplements that were expiring in two weeks. I didn’t check but I wonder what it was doing on the shelves. So look closely guys but enjoy yourselves.
