T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods reviews
17LOVE THIS STOREthey have great items, unique gifts but seriously the line to check out is OUTRAGEOUS they try to move it along as fast as they can but DIOS. MIO.expect to wait.
Although they have a lot of nice things, they are extremely short staffed at the register. And I say at the register because I’ve seen multiple employees putting away things throughout the store. All while the line is all the way to the back of the store with only 4 people working at the register. It’s ridiculous! I understand there’s a shortage of workers but you have the staff. It’s bad management if you don’t know where to place your staff to maximize profit but opening more registers. Rather then people leaving carts and walking out to avoid waiting in the long line. Get it together HomeGoods. It’s the holidays
Honestly customers should not be complaining like everywhere is short staffed like if you don’t want to wait in a long line then if you know anyone who wants to work to apply then have patience.
Like it’s not the end of the world.
I love this store generally. This location gets 1 star because the lines are ridiculously long. An hour or more is not worth my time. The long wait time is all the time, not just weekends. I walk in hoping for shorter lines but am disappointed everytime so I leave without purchasing anything. They need to come up with a solution to this problem somehow.
Go to any other store. The line is always long but today is been over an hour. Only 2 registers are working. Employees are standing there doing nothing. Super weird.
Decent amount of stock but absolutely RIDICULOUS lines for check out. The line consistently goes beyond the immediate check out area and actually goes all the way down the side of the store which results in excessive wait times (30+minutes) to check out. Instead of having an employee every other aisle (who refuse to move) blocking access with their carts, how about putting these 30 employees on check out? !
Bigger than my normal tjmaxx at home, yet we normally have 3 or 4 lanes open when checking out. Only had 2 lanes open and gave up waiting in line.
Worst experience ever the line is all the way to the back and only 3 cashier and a bunch of people just on the back doing nothing manager just looking not really helping
One of the better ones I've ever been in. Great selection and greatest prices for the quality. Better than Walmart Target and Hobby Lobby
TjMaxx / Home Goods should implement an "express lane". Customers who have 5 items & under. I think this would help check out alot! I really like there stores i just despise the long wait in lines.
I've been to HomeGoods several times and it was a pleasant shopping experience.fair prices and good selections.
This particular store had a line of people waiting to check out, the like of which I've never seen. Easily 100 plus people in line.
Fair prices and good selections bringing customers in droves.
For me. I decided there was nothing I absolutely had to have tonight.
I'll return perhaps at a different time of day.
Not worth it, i can get the same quality and items from Walmart and ross for 1/10 of the price. And 2 cashiers for the whole line that went from the regular line, to one end of the store then back around to the other side. We put our stuff back and dipped. Quality is not worth the price.
Will absolutely not be back. I didn't go to the home goods part of the store so I can't say much about that because tj Maxx was such a let down. It was a mess and unorganized. There wasn't a good selection of anything from shoes, baby boy clothes to curvy women! Nothing good at all!
Literally watched a bunch of people standing around doing nothing while there were like 30 people in line and 4 registers open. Pretty ridiculous
Bad experience when trying to pay, machine was having issues wouldn't accept any of my cards. Mangers were not apologetic for wasting my time, having me wait 20min. Young man cashier was the only one who had good customers service n it's sad cuz he wasa ne hire.
I really like this store been there quite a few times there is a very large variety of different items from basic decorations the wall hangings to clothing, you could pretty much decorate the majority of your house. The prices on all over the place sometimes you get a great deal sometimes it's just overpriced you just have to look.a bit crowded at times but overall I like the store and I'll be there again
