Just bought RE Interceptor demo unit from TJs, and it was a great experience! Dylan was my salesman, and he was great throughout the process, highly recommend working with him. They are finishing up first service on the vehicle today, and will take delivery tomorrow. I can’t wait for my bike!

Picked a small bike for my kid here, quick fast, and respectful. Everyone here is great, and they have the best gear selection, always a great experience.

I purchased a brand new Himalayan from TJs two days ago. I was a little disappointed to find out they didn't have a model ready to test ride, but I understand. Luckily, I was ready to buy anyway. After the first ride, I ran an errand and came back to find my bike wouldn't start. At this point, there were only 12 miles on it! I called the shop and they were extremely apologetic and offered to pick up the bike and myself. I let them het the bike, where they found it wasn't the battery but a faulty part (can't remember what). They fixed it and dropped it off to my house the next morning, even leaving a gift bag to make up for it. I was very impressed with the customer service throughout, though I wish there was a little more knowledge from the staff on the ABS braking that's equipped with this bike. Will definitely be back, and I trust these guys to work on it.

Just bought a 2016 KLR 650 from this shop and couldn't be happier. This was my fifth motorcycle purchase but by far the best I've had. Lots of options, great prices, and very knowledgeable staff. Several employees went out of their way to make my experience the best it could be, including helping me load my bike up on my truck in the pouring rain.
I've been to all the motorcycle shops around and would suggest TJ's Cycle over any others!

I came in to take a look at the Vitpilen 401 on a Wednesday and had such an awesome experience when just looking that I came back Friday to buy the bike. Every single person I came in contact with here was absolutely amazing no BS when it came to buy didn’t try to oversell me on additional products and had me in and out in no time. They earned a customer for life. Even my daughter had a great experience here and now we’re on our way to get her first dirt bike!

I'm on a cross country trip and needed some safety recall work done. They fit me in on short notice and provided great advice on some other issues I had questions about.

Bad first experience
I Called the shop prior to pickup on the guaranteed finish date. I was told my bike was ready for pick up, and when i arrived the manager took a second look at my bike and realized the job wasn’t done the right way. It was extremely disappointing and a huge let down when i had been planning to take my bike out. I then waited at the shop for 3 hours for them to fix everything properly. It completely waisted my day.
A Job should be done right the first time and properly inspected before telling the customer that an order is ready for pickup. I Do not recommend TJ’s if you are on a tight schedule because chances are its going to take a week longer than they originally tell you.
Other than that, really nice guys.

Great place to purchase a motorcycle! I bought a 17' KTM RC390 more than a year ago. The sales guy Dana, did not steer me wrong in what I wanted out of a motorcycle. Coming from a 1200cc V-Twin sport bike (Buell), I thought the KTM might be ok for a year or so, but this bike is super fun in the back roads and commuting in and out of traffic.

I stopped in today to look at helmets and even though the sales people were with other customers, I was still greeted and looked around the store without being pressured by anyone. Great job!

The new store looks great! And I plan to come back for some gear in the near future!

This place is old school.
That still believe in old fashion customer service.
I love it
That kind of service will never go out of fashion.

I took my bike there the first week of Jan 2019 for a carb rebuild and tune up. The 3 times I was told it was ready I could not ride more than 20 miles before having problems. I got it the last time at the end of August and still can't ride it. 8 months and almost $4000 dollars later I'm looking for a better shop. I was told over and over and over again it would done ready in a couple of days. That went on for months. Twice I was told the mechanic that had been working on it was fired. I spent a small fortune having the tapits replaced and the problem was still the same. Find a better shop that doesn't blatantly lie to you.

Brian and the staff at TJ's are awesome. They are in the lifestyle 100% so it makes it easier to communicate with them. These guys are not a collection of stock boys with no clue about our ride. Yes, they do caters to KTM mostly but they can definitely help you out on other items as well. Is there a collection of gear, not just KTM oriented but all types is pretty good. I have a helmet and three jackets from there.

Had a lot of stuff off the beaten path. Didn't have the bike I was wanting to see. But no one does. Prices are about the same as any other bike shop.

The staff is always very helpful and friendly. They have regular community rides and events. And I love the KTM bikes and brand.

Very friendly staff and owner's. They make you feel like part of their family. That's the reason I bought my motorcycle there, even though I live in Galveston and could buy it locally. They are great people. The prices are fair and service is great. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and answer your questions politely. I recommend them and will buy motorcycles from them in the future. Thanks to everyone.

I live in the center of a few KTM Dealers so I thought I would reach out to TJ's as their reviews seemed solid. Well, I can say that if they don't keep their word or track their inquiries like they did mine they will eventually be hurting in their financials. I reached out by phone and asked for sales and I thought they passed me to TJ or a Tom (can't quite remember the name). I told them I was calling on the 2017 KTM 1290 Super Adventure R and wanted to know if it was still available, they stated it was. I told them that I lived about 1.5 to 2 hours away and could they get me and OTD Price so I could prepare a Cashiers Check for the correct amount as I was pleased with the advertised price and wasn't going to negotiate the price down any further. I know that freight, dealer set-up plus taxes needed to be added on and I didn't know what their freight and dealer set-up costs were so I wanted to have that total. The gentleman that I spoke with stated he would send me over the OTD Price in a few hours to my email. I never received it and sent in another request through the website and left a message the next day and still no response. I had a guy tell me that the Powersports industry survives by selling units so they will have something to service. This kinda makes me wonder what TJ's Cycle Sales is thinking and they may want to drop the "Sales" out of their company name.

Don't have enough nice things to say about this group. Had to have some repairs done to my Honda Shadow after I laid it down. While it was in the shop I decided to add an engine guard and upgrade my saddle bags. All the repairs were done with my budget in mind and although the entire staff was been friendly and helpful, Brian in particular worked with me every step of the way and Scotty did an amazing job on my bike. It looks and runs better than ever.

Also, my husband was quoted a $700 carburator repair from another repair shop and even knowing this information Brian rode the bike, made a suggestion and $30 later it runs perfect. Genuinely nice and honest people.

I have to drive close to 100 miles just to get there. But between their outstanding service, personal attention, and obvious passion for KTM, it's worth every mile to me and then some!
I've learned the hard way not to let just anyone work on my bike. What a great feeling it is to have finally found someplace where they actually know what they're talking about, and truly care about their clients.
