We’ve been renting from this management for 7 years and still counting. It’s a great place to recant from. Good people and always willing to work with you if you need it. The office ladies are always nice and Mr. Blake the owner is amazing. Pest control comes every other month, maintenance is quick when you need them it’s just all around a great company to rent from.

Called several times was told someone would call me to schedule a viewing and no one ever calls back I should've stopped here when they didn't return calls they are all lieing trash that will waste your time

I’ve been renting from them for over a year, as far as rental companies go this one is the best in town. They actually care, your ac goes out, they care, your apartment flooding, they care. I can’t tell you how many horror stories I’ve heard and seen.

Ms. Yesenia and Ms. Sedra are so sweet! And just down to earth. And Pablo and maintenance crew are friendly fast and efficient.

I came to Tlr solutions with with no hope but because of yesenia help and her ability to give people second chances, I was able to move in an apartment that I love. She is very respectful, awesome, and understanding. All she ask for is honesty. I love my manager she is a true blessing. She makes sure the maintenance is answered in a timely manner. Keke and all the other lady are very respectful, patient, and professional. They love their tenants and treat them as equals. Thank you TLR Solution.

I want to thank the ladies at the manager off on Louisiana street for being there for me and my family I went to them with no where to go due to an issue with another apartment I'm on section 8 me and my family was homeless but the ladies stay overtime to help me and I was sick from being tired and hungry and a debetic they feed me gave me water and look after me I love my place and I'm comfortable at Arthur apartment thanks

We rented with TLR for 4 years and they are so wonderful. I appreciate Yesenia and the ladies in the office they work hard and make sure your home is taken care of. They don’t give you any hassle but they are very proficient and they make it worth the stay to rent from them.

The staff are really friendly and are always willing to work with you in any situation. I highly recommend them.

Yesenia is an amazing property manager! She listens to tenants needs & executes any solutions to any problem in a timely manner. She’s the sweetest & very understanding! TLR is the best in Beaumont hands down if you ask me

Live at Oakwood apartments been without air conditioning and heat for a month! Came to fix but never returned to finish! It’s 20 degrees outside and we have no form of heat! Worst maintenance and rental property I’ve seen in a long time. They’re slow on fixing but want their rent on time! Not going to happen

I can’t seem to get to talk to the office ever. This frustrating me, and they don’t return calls. It’s always the answering service and they don’t take messages.

Rented for the past year, and renewing for another. They have been kind and helpful, and especially quick turnaround for simple maintenance issues.
