Giving 1 star because I am forced, yes, but also because most of the employees I have had to deal with are friendly and my complaints are mostly not their fault. I have had some associates who were very curt when I was nothing, but polite and then others who do their best to help me understand the ridiculous ways of our water district. The company itself is a joke. I understand that our fees are dictated upon our district, but the way the business operates is equally outrageous. I have had numerous occasions when my bill had been paid (early/on time) where I received disconnection letters and door tags and I was expected to pay the letter and hanger fee. This was a widespread issue with my district and this is just 1 example of the jokery that is this business. I would love to have another option!

Very very bad service. Was late for a payment for 5 days because I was on vacation. They Cut my connection and when I called them they are charging me for 100 dollars reconnection fee. Which I explain to them I was late because I was on vacation and I was willing to pay for late fee but did not expect to pay 100 dollars for reconnection fee when I did not even got a disconnection notice. And told me I have no choice and They could reconnect it after a day. I did find out to reconnect it you just have to turn the main switch on. That easy for 100 dollars and have to wait 24 hours with no water and my kids suffering. Very bad people.

Easy to work with. Very helpful. I see the bad reviews but the customer service we've received has been wonderful.

Today my Older son called me telling me they had no water. I am at the hospital with my youngest who is going through chemotherapy. Mind you on the 29 of June I paid 86 on my account for some odd reason it showed on the transaction history as a deposits which I didn’t understand. I should of only had a balance of 100 and it should of been due 07/07. Whatever happened the system didn’t take my payment oddly. So now I have a balance of 291 because they cut it off. This water service company has been the worst. Not understanding. I did tell the lady that I don’t have it now. I’m Just going through a rough time in my life. I will be reporting this to the news.

This company is no good when they came out to my house they kept on knocking on the door ringing my doorbell so many times upsets my dogs and my daughter who is 9 years old doing home schooling and testing and they walk on In my flower beds no respect at all for your stuff I don’t like this company wish we had someone better to come out to glen oaks in magnolia tx the people are very rude. And then when you tell them for what they don’t they deny it. And when someone don’t come to the door don’t knock a bunch of times or ring the door bell just walk away

The customer service "supervisor" was rude and disrespectful. She wouldn't even tell us her name even though we asked multiple times. She also interrupted me and my husband numerous times while we were trying to ask questions and figure out our issue. She then left the line open and refused to speak to us.

Not sure why this company has such a low rating, but every time I have called, I have always talked to someone who is so helpful & patient. For me, these wonderful ladies always go above & beyond. They are doing a great job, so thank you all so much for all of your help & your time. Also, when I have called, they always take the time to make sure that I understand & I never feel rushed. Thank you again!

After seeing a lot of the reviews on here I see why people don't care for this company. My wife and were driving down Nicholas Sawmill Rd and apparently one of the trucks were behind us truck #329, he couldn't stay behind us very long, they had to pass us and the truck in front of us, around a blind corner, not very professional.

1 star is too many. If I could give them -10 stars I would. Worst ever company to do business with. They have the worst customer service, paying them is the worst nightmare, only accept checks, or they charge a huge amount on fees. They are 20 years behind in technology. I can't believe how they are still in business. We are forced to have them, don't undertand why.

TNG is without a doubt the absolute worst company I have ever had the misery of doing business with. They claim to read the meter each month but don't. Then when they finally read the meter and realize that they have been undercharging, they send a random, massive bill. Don't autopay their bill online through Wells Fargo. If you do it means WF will deduct the $ from your account but still mail a paper check which will end up being late. Then TNG will not give you notice before cutting off their service. Leaving you to scramble to figure out why they cut off your water. They refuse to take any responsibility for their terrible service and get mad when you read your own meter and point out billing discrepancies. I have started overpaying them each month just so I have a continuous credit so they can't arbitrarily cut my water off without notice again. This week, however, with unprecedented cold temps the water has been off for 4 days and counting. You can't get through via phone to receive any updates regarding what is wrong and when it will be fixed. Our neighborhood paid to add a power generator to the system years ago so that we would still have water during prolonged power outages but no answers have been given as to why the generator failed and is continuing to fail for the last 4 days. Our MUD literally has the highest tax rate in the county. TNG has no problem taking our money and no problem delivering the crappiest utility service that I have ever seen in all my years of living. If I knew that this company was this bad, I would have bought a home elsewhere. If you are considering purchasing a home that is serviced by TNG, reconsider. There is literally no recourse to address complaints. I have reported them to the BBB but they don't care because they are not members of the BBB. I have filed a formal complaint to the Texas PUC but, since TNG is a private utility provider, they cannot help. This company literally has no regulatory oversight through which to keep them on the up and up. I am now consulting with multiple law firms to see if one would consider taking up a class action suit for the neighborhood. Since the owners of TNG are a group of lawyers, this may get hairy.

TLDR: TNG is the trashiest, most theiving, shadiest utility company in the state of TX, possibly the world. Avoid at all costs.

Worst Company Ever. I don't receive a bill in the mail having to pay my bill by phone and they charge me $5 to do so. Just Ridiculous! Customers need other options to pay their utilities, by not having options gives companies a way to take advantage of their customers.

Horrible payment system. I don’t understand why I stopped getting my bill. I called them several times because I can’t even access online. They say they activate it, but when I go online it says my account is deactivated. I have to guess the amount I have to pay, because if you miss it for 1 day they send you disconnection letters.

I lived at Parks at Meadow Hill for ten years and always had issues with this company. They cut off my water service TWICE by mistake. I sold my house back in July 2020 and I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded.

Horrible water quality. No free electronic payment option. $5 per bill paid online. If you don't use their online payment trying to save $5/month, they don't send bill on time, and you'll be charged late fee and your service will be disconnected.

This company is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with. There customer service doesn't inform you of all the information you need.then when u call back they tell you what you should have been told from the start, then shrug there shoulders like oh well you should have known. There is nothing we can do now. How would i know thats you job to tell me. Bad enough you charge me to pay my bill then yall cant even give me all the info i need to know. Would calling BBB help this horrible untilty company out. Zero starts if i could

These people need to be reported to someone, worst company ever. Its a forced fee just to pay them, theres no option to pay them for free. You have to pay a fee just to pay your bill. Its people like this that make this country and world terrible.
