I am a new local to the area as of last year and has been looking for a mechanic on this side of town and I was very impressed with my first time experience at TNY Auto. Brought my 2006 F-150 in because I was having issues with my a/c. Tranh greeted me with a very friendly, customer service oriented demeanor and was able listened to the sound my truck was making and diagnose the problem. He gave me an exact quote of what it would be to fix and the next day when I brought it in first thing in the morning, he the team had it fixed in 6 hours, on a Saturday! Their prices were about a 1/3 of what a big time local competitor had quoted me for the work! I will definitely use them next time I need work done to my truck. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. They replaced the fan for ac and heating on my ford truck. In a out 2 hours. For a great price. This is my 4th or 5th visit here on 2 of my vehicles.

This junk auto place wants to charged me
$1,400 for my car AC repair when I go it somewhere for only $1,000. This place charges as much as the dealer ship! All these 5 stars are 100% fake!

TNY has been my shop of choice for years now. They have never failed to impress me with their transparency (here's a breakdown of the cost), their honesty (you don't need to replace your brakes yet, but they're at about 30%), and their commitment to communication (phone calls, texts, emails). I've taken my car to them for everything from suspension issues, to inspections, to tire repair, to oil changes, and leave every time feeling like they treated me right.

Great service! The owner was super helpful and his sons do a great job of working on the cars. They explain with detail and are super honest!

I went to this guys for years and thought he was nice/fair but I found out that his price isn’t any cheaper than the other mechanic/dealer. The owner try to get me to fixed my car but than when I refused, he than charged me almost $100 saying that was for his time inspecting or finding out what was wrong with the car! Most of these 5 stars are probably his family’s member or friends. Don’t let his calm voice full you!

Con artists. They wanted to charge me $1,000 to replace a starter and alternater (shouldn't be more then $600) The starter is new I knew there was nothing wrong with it. Then they charged me $125 just to release the vehicle to me. I towed it to a different and much more honest mechanic. It was only the alternater. $380 flat. If you don't know about auto mechanics they will try to rip you off all day long.

They will treat you like family. I recommend this repair shop to everyone. Great service, friendly, reliable, trustworthy, and kind.

Easily the best repair shop I have ever done business with. I've roughed up my car a few times since I've had it and TNY has taken care of me on more than one occasion. They work extremely fast and get your vehicle back to you as swiftly as possible. Recently I had frustratingly difficult time locating a leak in the trunk of my car, and nobody else was able to find it. This shop was the only place that was able to actually find the leak and repair it. On top of the fantastic job on their repairs, they showed me great customer care and made sure I was always comfortable while I waited to get my car fixed. This is definitely my go to shop for any cars at my house that need to be worked on!
