Its general tobacco store which is exactly why I went here. Personable staff and cheap prices. And tobacco smoking products. Tucked off out of site unfortunately.

This place has the cheapest cigarettes that I've ever purchased. They also accept coupons which is not normal for a discount cigarette establishment. The owner is personable which makes each visit a satisfying encounter.

I've been buying cigarettes from here for more than a decade. They Always the best price for clove cigarettes. As well as the friendliest clerks. I recommend this place above the places close by. Worth the trip.

New owner is very nice and much improved from the people who used to own the store and work here.

My husband and I used to buy our cartons of cigarettes from Race Trac, which is an awesome, clean, very competitively priced gas station/ convenience store, but we found that Tobacco Row sells ours for about $12 less. Our brand is Pall Mall orange. I'm not sure if all cigarettes are as good of a deal, but we'll keep going here. The people are friendly and there is a wide variety of all types of tobacco products. We'll always go to Race Trac for other needs, but this place has great deals for us.

It's under new management and it's a very nice store and the people that work there are very helpful and if you need something and they don't have it they will get it for you that's what's so good about that store and they have good deals on something

Extremely rude and impatient owner. Zero basic customer service. This guy's face almost wrote: Please don't buy from my store. He also closes the store early and will force you out if you are event one minute past his time.

Just for info. *** STORE HOURS*** They are open from 9-8 Monday - Saturday and 10-6 on Sunday. It's a great place to buy what you need and they're never out of what I want, except around the holidays. The selection is also nice. The prices are VERY reasonable. And the service is pretty good. They've even offered to order what I need.

Unfortunately I had to drop my rating from a four star to a one star. I arrived at Tobacvo Row at about 7: 45 pm and the doors were closed. The guy was inside, but refused to even speak to me other than to say, "We're closed". I pointed at the times located on the window and he just gave me a ¯_ (ツ) _/¯. I t takes me 30 minutes, round trip to get there and he's sending me away because he closed the store, at least 15 minutes earlier than the advertised time.

This shows that his head for business development us not where it needs to be. At least not if he wants to retain customers. Because he showed a complete lack of ALL customer appreciation skills, I will now be going to the tobacco shop that's about 15 minutes closer. No major loss. They're A LOT larger and have a better selection and I've never pulled in to have them be closed early!

Went in looking for can of dip, walked out with can of dip. Nothing special. Didn’t have many cans in stock but got what I went for (any type of dip).

Always closes early. Just walked in the rain to get cigarettes, got there 15 til 8pm and it was pad locked!? Not the first time this has happened either. Extremely rude if you don't look like you're made of money. Used to be well priced but I hear the prices are now going up. Will DEFINITELY find a new place to get cigarettes. I gave a 2 rating because the lady that works sometimes is very polite and respectful. If wasn't for her, would give them a 1 rating because of the attitude the normal guy has EVERYTIME!
