Extremely kind woman checked me out. They had a very good selection of cigars which were perfectly stored in the humidor. I purchased a little sampler pack they built for $20 which was a decent deal.

It's the tenth time I've been there and I've already bought 3 cigarettes and they're dry, they don't have good humidity.this is Texas, close the room so that it retains the humidity, every time I go the door is open, there's no need to criticize the place, it has potential my advice is to put a hydraulic system that closes the door to keep the very good quality cigars that have.good vibes:)

Probably the worst cigar spots I’ve ever visited. Customer service is horrible, they rather show off what they have then sell it to you. I spend hundreds of dollars weekly on cigars because I review them and it’s a shame that I rather spend money online then to deal with the nonsense here.

I went there last week and was looking for some tinned Pipe tobacco. The man behind the counter wasn’t very helpful. I asked for some stuff from G. L. Pease, he doesn’t know the Name, and Cornell&Diehl which they don’t sell. I thought Pease Tobacco and C&D where pretty popular, but this could be a misconception of me. They also sell their pipe tobacco only in bulk (nothing to complain about this) but the Labels on the Jars are so small and tiny I couldn’t read most of it. The guy at the counter seems to be a little annoyed so I did not bother to ask him further questions. I‘ll go there again, maybe they had just a bad day.

Been calling the store to ask if y'all have a certain product in stock, always get a message saying the mailbox is full.

First time visiting, wanted to treat myself, asked the big guy behind the counter what the difference was between two different types of rolling tobacco, his response, (and very rudely i might add) "I have no idea, " then just stood there rolling his eyes, with his hand on his hip, didn't say a word after that. Hit or miss i picked one (i was looking for a lighter smoke) then I asked him if the tobacco i picked had rolling papers, with the same response. "I don't know", Wow, you would think if you work at a tobacco shop you'd know at least a little bit about.uh.tobacco! The whole shop only sells tobacco, you'd think they have some training and/or knowledge on their product! Horrible customer service, complete lack of knowledge, that will be my last time buying tobacco there.

Great spot, great prices. The selection for the size of the place is really amazing. Friendly shop and ill definitely be back.

I've always enjoyed coming here I even gave it a 5 star review last time. But since then quality control has come down. It is still pretty good. The only issue I have is so far I've bought 3 cigars that were so dry I couldn't even get a draw. When I advise who ever was there they really didn't care. I get fresher cigars at Specs or Total wine and more.

Great variety. Never opens on time. 10: 18 and still not open. Don’t come when they “open” And you’ll be fine.
