I didn't get to work with the staff personally, but I do know they were so helpful and accommodating with our non profit's last minute request for our groundbreaking. The balloon arch was a wonderful addition to the event!

We ordered the balloons at 1: 00 and got the balloons done and picked up at 4: 45! The lady was very sweet and helpful by telling us how we could set it up! Will go again and tell friends to go to!

I hate to give a bad review to a local business, but we were very disappointed in the quality and service when we ordered some balloons for a recent birthday party.
1.not ready when we were told to come for pickup
2.ordered 12, got 11
3.barely enough helium to stay afloat for a few hours
4.more than $30.

From the pictures, it looks like they do a better job on big projects.

This company is the real deal for customer service, follow through and actually caring what the client wants. I found Today's Balloons in a Google search and was so happy I called them. He listened to what I needed for my client, did some research and found colors for the event he would be delivering to and then delivered earlier than asked (thank goodness). If you are looking for a company that creates the most BEAUTIFUL and unusual statements - give them a call! You will be so happy you did!

Rosie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make my daughter's birthday special! I was ordering balloons from out of state to be delivered to my daughter's dorm at TCU. I was even able to have my daughter's gifts to be delivered to the shop where Rosie gift wrapped the items to be delivered with the Balloons! She then sent me a video and photos of the finished product before she delivered to my daughter for the big surprise. EVEN MORE, she took a picture of my daughter with her gifts and balloons and sent to me! Now THAT is customer service! I highly Recommend Rosie and TODAY'S BALLOONS!
