I have an eye diease called Keratoconus. I've literally been all over Houston to different doctors for the past year and nine months trying to get a contact to fit my irregular shaped corneal. It was at the point to where nothing worked. I was making plans on a corneal transplant until Dr. Goosey referred me to Dr. Arnold he said there's a lens called the EyePrintPRO I want see if Dr. Arnold can fit you. I made the appointment and they made a mode of my eye it took several visit and I thought this is never going to work. I received my lens last Saturday it's a true miracle! I'm over the moon happy I was reading the eye chart 20/80 before my EyePrintPRO now I can read 20/25! I can't Thank You enough you have changed my life I had major depression with my eye disease and even cried on a couple of visits now I have tears of joy! Thank You so much.

Unfortunately for me i cannot say good things about this clinic or any of its eye doctors because the front desk just treats you like you are nothing. I drove all the way from Kingwood (a 1h10 min drive) with my two small children, picked up my husband at the medical center so he could take some hours off work and watch our kids while i had my 10: 45 appointment. I left home at 9: 20am. Waze app sent me to the other side of the highway where today's vision is located - to the sugarland medical building (aka wrong place but so close!), got lost for around 15 min stopping at three different medical buildings trying to find the clinic. Called the office two times asking for more directions and if they would wait for me, they kept saying "yeah, if you can make it soon. " Got there 13 min late and they canceled my appointment on my face. Saying i could come back the next day, if I want. I was crying the whole time and I was pretty upset the rest of the day. I know i got late to my appointment, but they knew i was from Kingwood and that I've gotten lost so near the place but there was not an ounce of humanitarian care the way treated me. Not coming back to this place ever in my life.ps.isn't strange that I saw one patient scheduled for 11am (at the check in sheet) for the same doctor? What is that? Suppose I get there on time so the doctor would only see me for 15 min? It seems to me they over schedule all doctors, and screw you if you have any causality or anything and couldn't be there on the exact time. I do have a lot of respect for other people's schedules and i understand a doctor's time is expensive, but what about being a human for a change and going a little bit the extra mile to understand the other side? No, no money for that! It is easy to compliment when things are going right. They only show their true colors when something unexpected happens.

Dr. Arnold is the best. We drive about 2 hrs.each way just to see him. One can imagine the kind of service he & his staff provides for us to drive this far. Been our family’s doctor for about 20+ years. WE JUST DRIVE THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE.

I would give them a zero star if I could. The receptionist are rude and unprofessional. They are very disrespectful to people as I witnessed then laughing at a man who had questions. After that they were rude to me as well, they need to be trained or not to work there. My family and I have been going there for about 10 years and are ready to look for another eye Doctor

Love the staff after trying american best vision in missouri city which the costumer service is so unorgainsed took three hours to get paper signed by doctor to order contacts. Never will go back to them. Thank you todays vision for friendly staff

I send my young adult son with my minor daughter both had appointment that day at the same time the staff offer services to my minor child without approval from his brother.they make him sign papers for the unapproved charges after everything was set and done without knowing what he was signing for.very dishonest staff and rude to us for complaining how they treat it my son and daughter. I will stay away from this place all I have to say it buyers beware go at your own risk.

This place sucks. Dr.didn't give the correct prescription. When I got my glasses, i tried it there in the store and told them it makes my eyes hurt and i cant see properly. She said try for a week and see how it works. But it didn't work so i went again to fix it. My prescription is not changed as my older glasses and new glasses has the same prescription but They asked me to take doctor appointment for which i had to pay $70. This is purely money business. First you pay money for initial appointment then they charge you for glasses and again to fix that glasses.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. BEWARE of this place.
I am surprised how people like this place and post the positive review.

In 2017 I bought sunglasses and progressive glasses at Sugar Land Today's vision and was very pleased with the customer service and technicians. A couple of weeks ago I took a friend to see a doctor after he mistakenly put something other than eye drops in his eye. I was very impressed with Dr Janes and believe he may have saved my friend's eyesight. I recommend Today's Vision as a professional, caring, & highly qualified staff to care for your eyes.

I think this is a great practice. We have seen all the doctors over the years, and I would like to acknowledge their expertise. But in particular I would like to give credit to Patrick, who is always professional, courteous and helpful.

My entire family (mom, dad and sisters) have been seeing Dr. Arnold and his staff since 1996. I currently live 500 miles away in West Texas and I still see them for eye exams when I'm in town on vacation. Nothing but excellence.

I've been going to Dr. Arnold for almost 20 years. He found a tumor and advised me to go to a Neurologist. List my vision in one eye but with out Dr. Arnold in would not have known. I will not visit another place as long as they are open. Dr. Arnold and his assistant are very pleasant and know what they are doing. There has never been a wait time.

My kids and I have been coming here over 10 years. I have tried other locations but this is the best hands down. Very nice family like atmosphere. Extremely professional.

My frames got damage after time and under warranty. After a short visit they just gave me a bright new same-model frame. WOW. Great costumer services
