Can we just say completely amazing! My 4 and 5 year old came to see Dr. Arya and she was absolutely incredible. I have told so many people you can’t go wrong coming here! Most incredible staff from the desk to the back!

My husband purchased his glasses from the location last year. I have purchased my glasses from the location on San Felipe since 2011. I went to visit the location here on Highway 99 last week around 3pm. As I drove up, I saw a lady enter the building. By the time I parked and walked to the door, it was locked. I pulled on both doors, I read the note indicating the hours of operations just to ensure they might be closed at that time, and I was there during their normal times of operations. I looked through the glass door, and there were 3 ladies behind the desk, and they just looked at me. They ignored me the entire time. So, I got in the car and drove off. Once I left the parking lot, I called them to see if they were open, and they said yes. I then proceeded to inform her that I had just left their office and they would not let me in. I informed that I would be writing a review and contacting the BBB. I also went to their website and submitted a complaint with my full name and phone number. I have not heard from them. Please consider the unprofessional treatment rendered and not patronize this establishment.

Prompt and very informative service. With it being my first time back to the eye Dr after a few years, it was good to have someone like Dr. Arya go through the recommendations and learn more about how to care for my eyes!

Unfortunately there is no 0 stars for review. Doctor did not explain anything about my prescription, she just left the room when she was done. No communication between patient and doctor. Thank you to the front office lady, who EXPLAINED my eye problem and prescription to me when I asked about it and its meaning.

Great experience. Will be going back. This is an edit of a review 2 years ago. This is my 5th year with the same optometrist and I am satisfied with the services that I receive. My plan is to come back as long as the same doctor is here.

I attempted to schedule a new patient appointment and was unable to. I only wanted to go to this location because it is conveniently close to home. When I initially called the lady that answered asked me for my vision plan, but I told her it didn’t specify on my insurance card what the plan was specifically. She told me I would need to call insurance company myself to verify and call back. I thought this was odd because most offices ask for your member ID and look it up for you. I proceeded to call my insurance and got the requested information.

I called this location back 10 minutes later but it went straight to voicemail twice. I ended up calling from my Google voice number and got an answer, but I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I figured if it was this difficult to get an appointment, the service would be even worse.

I ended up calling the Today’s Vision location in Cinco Ranch. The very professional and nice lady that answered the phone there verified my insurance over the phone (as most do) and got me an appointment for my desired time.

If this location doesn’t want new patients you all could just say that instead of wasting someone’s time.

Hopefully they will work to improve customer service.

They were quick, professional, and extremely friendly. My oldest kiddo goes here and I was happy to come in for my annual as well. Highly recommend if you live around the area.

I've been here several times over the years, mostly for routine eye care. I can't really speak highly enough of the doctor and her staff. Today I had a problem with an eye infection and she was able to squeeze me in just 15 minutes after I called! She is always so kind, compassionate, and very knowedgable. I don't normally bother writing reviews but everytime I go here it's the best experience anyone could ask for. 10/10 every time.
