Todd Bellview: Allstate Insurance, Pearland TX

Thanks for them, long time with the company, about 7 years and I was really comfortable for everythings.

I have been a client of Todd Bellview/All State and I have never been disappointed. I have had to file a couple of claims during this time and they have been handled swiftly and without too much complication.

I do not recommend Todd or Allstate company to anybody. I have been with them for many years. Paid high prices for insurance, When the freeze hit our town in year of 2021 my house had busted pipes, and the water was everywhere in my house they didn’t pay, please Don’t fall for it when it says “ you’re in good not in hand” that’s a lie. I had to go to law firms and Sue Allstate to get some money to fix my house. Why do we even have insurance? There are more pictures and videos but couldn’t find them.

I realize the automated portion of bill paying is not under your control, but I must say I was not pleased with the system telling me my payment did not go through, which led to me resubmitting the payment which the system also told me did not go through, and finding I had been debited for both payments. Sour grapes indeed.

I had an accident in the fall '21 I. Which the car ended up being totaled. The 800 customer service team was sod little use but the team at Todd Bellviews Allstate agency was a godsend. They helped me and checked up on me consistently. I have nothing but good things to say about them and highly recommend them for any and all of your insurance needs!

Quick, easy, and fair quote. Made getting insurance easy. I was done in 15 minutes and they called back to let me know they spoke with my mortgage company and everything was all set. Stress free! (I had been on the phone with another company for 45 minutes only to get an outrageous quote and was super stressed). I am so relieved now.
