I owned a condo I had used as a rental property for years.
When the market started to climb, I decided it was time to sell. I got ahold of Todd, and he got right to work. He made some suggestions on a few upgrades before selling. I decided to do the upgrades and made double what the upgrades cost me. Since then, I have recommended him to several friends, and they have also raved about him and his knowledge of the market.

Todd was AMAZING! Todd and his wife, Kim, were so great. We put my house up and within the first week my house sold. He priced it competitively and was able to get a bit more than what I was asking. I'm not going to give this experience a perfect rating because lots of aspects around selling our home made it less than pleasant. Skyrocketing interest rates and suddenly no buyers to name a couple. That's the bad in a nutshell. However, when we finally got some showings and resulting offers, Todd and his team navigated the negotiations and helped us walk the sale over the finish line. I found them to be professional, engaged, and responsive throughout the process. I would absolutely list with Todd again.
