I was referred to Dr Trask for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. He explained the options but not the risks. I was in such pain that I opted for micro vascular decompression based on his many years of experience and he thought I was a good candidate. The jaw was fixed but I ended up with hearing loss in one ear which has been devastating. I totally regret having the surgery and would not have done it with this dr & his resident.

It been 6 years and my only mistake was using him twice! He started with a lumbar laminectomy which was as painful as the surgery end up being. It was totally unsuccessful and then he did a fusion on my L1 through L4. I’ve been in pain ever since. I’ve seen doctors immediately after and now six years later and everyone of them have said he should’ve gone ahead and fused it all the way to the S one. In fact one of these letters totally challenged the work that Trask did. Not sure who I’m going to go with this time but I can guarantee it won’t be Todd Trask

I had to have a TLIF with major complications at the start of the outbreak COVID-19 and Dr. Trask did my surgery. I could not ask for a better doctor. His staff and I mean everyone including the residence and the office staff are super helpful! I could not walk (temporary paralysis) due to my lumbar spine and thankful to my God Jehovah 1st he used the hands of Dr. Trask to help me greatly. I can walk again! Dr. Trask and the anesthesiologist are phenomenal. They were meticulous in conserving blood loss as this was very important to me as a patient. Dr. Trask is a doctor for me and my family. He also preformed 6 month earlier my sister’s clavicle spinal surgery and she’s also doing excellent!

Dr. Trask did my micro vascular decompression surgery 11.30.17, I had A-Typical TN and anyone who has this knows how debilitating it is. I suffered for many many yrs till it got to the point of almost daily pain. I seriously considered suicide as I was very fearful of this surgery. I had some pain after the surgery off and on but it was my fault as I quit all medications without the Dr's permission. I started the gaba again and low and hold no pain for the last cpl months. I am so happy and can't or don't know how to act. I just had to have some help until the nerves calmed down. Dr. Loftus my regular neurologist recommended him, I adore them both. CORRECTION THE TN CAME BACK, IN 2019 I HAD DR TRASK DO RFL, THE PAIN ACTUALLY GOT WORSE FOR A WHILE THEN IT STARTED EASING UP. NOW 1 YR LATER I AM ALMOST PAIN FREE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE RFL. HE DID ON MY LEFT SIDE WHERE THE PAIN WAS AND OMG I WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE THIS ONE FIRST. I HOPE IT CONTINUES TO WORK HE ONLY DID A 50% INSTEAD OF THE ENTIRE HOUR ON MY NERVES. ITS THE BEST OF THE BEST NOT INVASIVE AS ITS PROBES INSERTED THEN NEEDLES INSIDE OF PROBES AND RADIO WAVES KILL THE NERVES. FACE WAS VERY NUMB FOR A LONG WHILE AND IT GRADUALLY GOT BETTER NOW ITS ONLY PARTIAL TINGLING BUT I CAN LIVE WITH THAT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FOR PERSONS WITH TN PAIN, ITS THE BEST OF THE BEST.
