Zurama assisted with my new favorite fragrance: Lost Cherry by Tom Ford. She was very knowledgeable of products yet my preferred scent. She has great customer service, I highly recommend this location!

I bought a Cole Aviator sunglass from this store. The tint on the glass slightly came off which I felt was unusual given that it is a premium product. I checked on their website and found out that all eyewear has a 2 years manufacturer’s warranty. So I brought it back to this store to have it repaired/exchanged. The customer service rep seemed to be very inattentive towards my request. He insisted that they only offer 1 year warranty instead of 2. I had to read him his company’s policy and then he was like OK we’ll exchange it for a new one. I was quite amused by the poor customer service from these reps given that it is a premium fashion store and in one of the fancy shopping area. My experience would have been a lot better if he would have behaved with a good attitude. May be the store manager needs to train his employees so that they greet and talk to the customers with a great attitude. Very disappointed.

The candles are very well made with each scent matching the fragrance of its wearable counterpart far as Tobacco Vanille and Fabulous go. If you haven't purchased a TF candle and plan to do so. Note this as it was specified to me by a NM repersentative: Prime the candle by burning it for exactly one hour, put it out and allow the wax to completely harden. Then light again anytime at your pleasure. Trim the wick to about 1/8" from the wax. Doing so prevents over burning which will distort the scent and burn through the candle faster.

The colognes/perfumes last all day and last well into the night. So they may seem a little more expensive than average perfume/cologne brands, but last longer than some of the clognes/perfumes in this price range or higher. In other words it doesn't take much to last all day.

As for the fabric, I have a Plaid Western Style button down. The fabric and seams are very high quality so you may want to strictly follow the care instructions. Or you can follow my advise as it works well with all of my fabrics and brands as it keeps my shirts looking brand new. Since TF uses fabrics similar to Kiton (for some reason I cannot explain why everytime I see a TF shirt Kiton comes to mind).

If you are trying to remove a stain treat with shout for 24hrs. Add Hydrogen Peroxide (pour 1oz) in the mix described below.

Button all the buttons, Fill your sink with cold water, Add a few to several drops of Dr. Bronners Lavender soap as the sink is filling up. Use your hand to mix the soap and water. Dip the shirt a few times then let soak for a few hours or over night. I typically soak over night and rinse in the morning so I can use the sink to get ready for the day. Fill the sink once again with just cold water and put the shirt back in to soak for the day or half day.

Drain then rinse squeezing the shirt in a ball several times, do not twist ever! Keep rinsing until you are content its fresh. Dry flat iron low. Your set!

This washing techique is the only regimen I use for my t-shirts, dress shirts, polos, and casual button downs regardless of price point or brand and always look brand new. To give you an idea how well it works, I have received compliments from the D&G and Neimans reps saying my shirt looks brand new! Considering they know the shirt was from a few seasons ago.

Anyhow, that's my review and some.

Bought a sunglass from them. Paid cash then I returned it. The processing for return take about 4-6 weeks by mailing the check which is too slow.

The hubris alone to charge what he does keeps em' coming back! TF is one of a kind.
