I showed up to this location to purchase a used Cadillac Escalade. I was trading in an Acura TLX that I gave the keys to their sales representative Elio. As I was waiting I noticed that the Escalade had 2 bald tires and a third had a nail in the corner of the sidewall. I was told by Elio that he would replace the 3 tires in question but he had to order them. Also he was going to make a second key, replace a piece of missing trim. This was on a Friday. I was willing to come back to get the Escalade when it was completed but they wanted me to take it as was and take them at their word they would make it right if I come back at 10 am Monday. It is my only vehicle so I stated that I would need a loaner while they fix it. Monday when I showed up the tires were not there. I was told it would be another day and they would call me when they had the tires. Wednesday my wife was called and told they tires were in. I let them know I could be up there in an hour and when I arrived they did not have the tires. I was told some bs story about how the showed up with the tires but left because I was not there. I was then told to wait for them in the waiting room. When I asked about my loaner they said that only was if it was going to be all day.after about 30 minutes with the car not moving and no tires I left and told Elio to set it up as we agreed and I would come back. I received a call thursday stating the tires had arrived. When I showed up there were only 2 tires and Elio said it would be taken care of and had a sidebar with a member of the service department. When I showed up to pick up my car only 2 tires had been replaced. No key, no trim piece, no third tire. Elio told me he had the tire checked and it was fine. Regardless that is not what we agreed upon at the time of purchase. To make things worse the tire pressures were incorrect and Today I found out the apparently never removed the back tires because I took it to Firestone and they could not find the wheel lock key. What they did find is that there were 2 lugnuts missing where the tires had been changed. Buyer beware when you are visiting this location because they will lie to your face with no regard for taking care of you.

I just wanted to update my post. Mr. Joe Garcia the manager responding to these reviews replies that this is not how they do business and to contact him to resolve. I have called multiple times and I have even showed up to this dealership and left messages at the front desk amd have gotten Zero response back. To make things worse this business is creating fake reviews on Dealer Rater. If you are reading the reviews look closely and you will notice the same user posting multiple positive reviews and also creating user names that reflect the actual customers name (my wife's name and the 2014 escalade we purchased). These reviews sing the praises of what a great experience she had with Elio but were not created by us. Mr. Garcia is clearly complicit in this as he is responding to them as is they are real. This place is Scandalous!

I was there a few days ago with my wife. Our salesman Jason Edgecombe did a wonderful job. He was very patient with us. Put my wife in the car she was looking for with tbe features she wanted. I was even able to upgrade my car. I'll by all my vehicles from him as long as he's there.

Drove up without an appointment and got my car service done with in 45 min. Oil change, tire rotation and car cleaned and washed. Kept me up to date on what my car needs. Not the mention the waiting area is clean and safe. Definitely keep coming for my Nissan Rogue Sport maintenance.

If I could give this place a negative star I would, do not waste your time and money at this dealership, not only did the service consultant hang up on me but also lied about numerous things and the service director was very hostile and rude and seems like this place is very shady on how they conduct business because the technician told me one thing, service guy told me something else and then the service director had the nerve to tell me that’s how “this works” & “I can see why they banned you from Nissan tomball”, how professional is that.seriously next car will definitely be a Toyota.never in my life have I had soooo many issues with a car/company than Nissan. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL location.

I hate car shopping for the most common reasons, but I worked with someone today that completely changed my mind about car salesmen. I went to Peacock Nissan to gather information about a new maxima and I was helped out by Shaun “bigshaun” Rodriguez. He was great. I mean.sincere direct and just gave me straight answers without trying to sound evasive or get 15 other people involved. I will definitely return soon and buy a new Nissan from bigshaun!

I had the best experience of my life purchasing a brand new Nissan Rogue from Tom Peacock Nissan. Mike Lahlou and his General Sales Manager Chris Gates went above and beyond to make sure everything run so smooth and easy. I traded an old vehicle that I was financing with Shabana Motors who refused to provide me with my own title asking me for more money. Mr. Gates took care of it without me paying an extra dollar. I highly recommend Tom Peacock Nissan to all my family and friends and in particular Mike Lahlou and his GSM Chris Gates. A+

Great place to buy a car quick and fast service from James and Niko. Came back to ask questions about my contract and James and the team had the correct numbers the first to around but I do appreciate their patience with me. 2019 Murano SL great car

They do a bait and switch in their sales department. Buyer beware. Tells you what you want to hear over the phone. Once you come in the change their offer. I would recommend going to another dealer

Called about used vehicle. Said it was in stock would get the keys. Showed up two hours later $5.00 in tolls Car was not in stock and sold to auction. I will never spend my time going to Tom Peacock.
