Well, today as I was in the checkout line the teenager ask me for my ID and I was not paying any attention and neither was she, but every customer in line was laughing because all I was purchasing was Jones New York soda's.not alcohol, so I was being carded for purchasing soda's today, at least it made everyone's day today, lol

Need more cashiers during day and night time especially during the busy time of the day after 3pm

I come in to get the habanero chicken around 6pm and because I want to pick the pieces that don't look so dry and u edible I'm told it's annoying because they can't understand or see which ones the customers are asking then to pick. Well I didn't ask for you to keep the dry pieces at the top, no one wants to eat dried out chicken. I'll find another Tom Thumb smdh

I like this location a lot, super easy to get in and out of! The cashier's are usually really friendly and that's nice because they don't have any self checkouts.

Good quality grocery. Tomthumb's chain are reputated. I enjoyed its Woodland, Plano, and Richardson stores.

Only two lanes open and no self check outs open at that time. Very disappointed in service, but food is good.

This store is recommended 100% the flowers it sells there are beautiful and the fruit is very fresh and of high quality.

Expensive, expensive, expensive but the staff is good and the wide selection of inventory is AWESOME! The only things that they are missing after multiple searches are ladyfingers and chili ramen noodle soups.

Very rude manager, few weeks ago they gave Raincheck for product that ran out, he tried to find excuses not give me, they didn’t respect their own signature! Not recommended, avoid it if you can, hope they go our of Business just like Albertsson

The server inside the signature sandwich location has a real bad attitude, towards people of color.

The store is always clean and quiet. The weekly sales are decent on popular items. They do alot of BOGO sales, also they sometimes combine it with 50% off original price. Usually half off items are either-or, close to their expiration date, discontinued products, or seasonal items that did not sell. Tom thumb updates their inventory constantly. The deli, bakery, and produce section are all fresh. The management here is superb and the employees are very helpful.

They where rude as hell I went in to get the last min flowers for my grandma and they where just rude.

I've come to this tom thumb location for over 15 years now. Its a quiet store with good prices especially during their sales.

Dirty, slow service and always check the expiration dates. They are known for old food. Seriously.

No lemon shert does order its product code there but none real upset been at rom thumbs no one has lemon sherbert

Thanks to this particula grocery store, what I can said is always thank you, Very good customers service, happy faces, 100 % quality product, very satisfied with the nice deals to keep my business with u guys, specially thanks to cashier by name Franco and of curse the rest of the team, like Ron, I can remember the name of the lady that was this morning when I just stop to one product, but since was extremity good deals, this store in Plano on Jupiter and 14th Street or 15th Street have might me home, peace, relax and I have probeen that the company are OK, but for work excelente, keep going you guys are excellent, thank for u great customer service, u can notice I put 5 start, Liders please recognize Franco and that he wirks hard as his job description, thank you! Ron work also me. Thank u guys. I like to add the nice lady at the backery section Sori very nice, happy face, great customer sevice, I can see that she loves her job ;)

Not well organized store. Been here a couple times now and each time I circle the store at least twice in trying to find what im looking for.

I tallied the cost of my groceries as I went along, and summed about $75.actual cost was $98. Hmm. When I do this at Kroger I have always had an actual that was UNDER my estimate. But at Tom Thumb it is OVER? That is about 25% higher. Why would I want to shop there again?

They didn't have my brand whole milk in stock. They didn't have half&half in stock. My raspberries cost $7.99 (yikes!), and several items I picked up at a special markdown after holiday price did not come off the register at the stated price. So now I can't trust their prices.

Really, I am at a loss why I would ever go back.
