Tom Thumb, Dallas TX

Excellent service, great selection. Down side only one electric cart keeps it's charge. The other one keeps running out of power. They also need more electric carts.

Nice store, found most of the products I was looking for, unfortunately I had to call the store for assistance in an aisle, no one was around to assist. They were kind though.

This place is a disaster and shocking to walk into. What happened? Used to be sub par decent. Now it’s full of shady vibes and bare shelves. Reminiscent of a dollar store food shop. They lost a few customers. Beware

It has been our Albertson's for 27 years. I don't mind it changing over to Tom Thumb but right this minute it is deep in the middle of remodeling. The layout is completely different. The signs above the aisles don't mean a thing. It took 2 or 3 times more time to find things. Two of the aisles are barely a shopping cart wide. I know it will be better when it is finished but today was not a happy experience. They have removed the central perpendicular aisle now and all the aisles are long, front to back, walks. I am also afraid that some things that Albertson's did carry, Tom Thumb will not.

I am beyond infuriated with how Tom Thumb is able to be okay with keeping a pharmacist that is as rude, inconsiderate, and lazy as he is at this location and I urge the company to get rid of him as soon as they possibly can. I had scheduled my Covid-19 vaccination at this location for 4: 30 PM, and was on time and ready to get this done at 4: 30 PM. I’m assuming waiting the four minutes it took for the pharmacist to check out the customer in front of me means that him stating, “I don’t do vaccinations this late” and “I don’t care” when I showed him my very clear appointment time, are completely valid even with his inability to operate his register in a timely manner. I guess that also makes me a liar and I don’t actually have an appointment. Thank you so much Tom Thumb, I appreciate the useless public exposure to myself and my family as well as the waste in gas and time. P. S.you should probably make sure that complete waste of space doesn’t have any association with you, before someone filed a lawsuit that would permanently change the future of the company.

So much better than Albertsons that was at this location. I talked with the Manager and he told me about all the improvements they are making. I was impressed.

Close by my house and usually have what we need. Since they are in the middle of a remodeling it can be hit and miss. But I'm sure when it's done it will be great again. The employees are always friendly and helpful!

I'm glad they are finally updating what used to be Albertsons and is now under the Tom Thumb brand! However, might be good to start hiring people that don't seem bothered by people asking to get anything at the deli/meat counter. The woman was about as rude as could be today.

I am excited that they have remodeled and is now changing to Tom Thumb, they always seem to have the best and freshest meats and carry items that some stores do not.

The store is currently under mainance construction or something because there are workers at night taking care of all the departments so that's a little inconvenient but totally acceptable because there is less traffic of people at night so good job for thinking like this.

The lady cashier that works here at night with the other guy, are very friendly and she always have a smile for customers, very polite and always greets. Seems like a very wonderful person.

As a tip for the manager of the store, I worked several years on retail and can easily detect when the departments doesn't treat their stations properly. You could implement new protocols or try different chemicals on floors and general cleaaning once in a while to get rid of the smell.because as soon as you enter this store smells like sea food and raw meat, that means maybe you can do something to improve this and have a more pleasant ambience for customers.

You have great selection of merchandise and good employees. Keep the good work!

Rotting produce, employees with don't care attitude, frequently items on sale missing from shelf. Currently undergoing renovation so entire aisles are un available.

I’ve been shopping here for nearly five years. I buy wine for cooking and things weekly. For reference I’m nearly 30. They rarely I’d me. Well I lost my id. Luckily I have a picture. They refused to take that. Specifically Roy. It hasn’t been a problem until now. I only stopped for champagne. It’s ridiculous. Every cashier even the one who helped me today knows my face and has checked me out many times. Literally I’m in here constantly. That’s ok. I’ll go to Kroger from now on. Their stores are cleaner and products are cheaper anyway

The market manager stopped his work on sales floor to help me. If all of employees are half as good as he, your store can only be sucessful.great customer service.i will pass three other grocers to shop your location.

Meat, bread, cheese, milk, soda.prices have more than tripled.they have been price gouging since the winter snow storm. I used to be able to buy a steak for $4 and that same steak yesterday was $22. I coughed my covid germs on the packaging and wiped my saliva all over the dry goods. I will never enter this store again.im going back to whole foods.

Every visit i am greeted on so.e level by an associate Not once are they ever ugly or rude and that is why I always return!

I am a Kroger's shopper but because this Albertsons is close to my client's home, I do occasionally pick up an item or two at this location. Albertsons is exponentially more expensive than Kroger's, and they don't have good generic brands. The only reason I didn't give them just 2 stars is because the employees are always very helpful and courteous!

My go to neighborhood grocery store. Sometimes if you go in the mornings the produce is so well displayed that you feel bad for taking anything because it will mess up how orderly and well stocked everything looks.

Although I shop at Albertsons, it is not my go-to store for weekly shopping needs. I have been a reluctant Kroger shopper, both in Dallas and TN, for many years. Proximity has played a big part in that choice, also familiarity with item location in the store and some store brands.

Albertsons does carry a few things that Kroger doesn't carry. Kroger rarely carries lamb and they never have Planters lightly salted Spanish peanuts. Albertsons also has a superior guacamole and pico de gallo.

Albertsons on is a decent store, but I haven't invested the time in adopting it as my primary
store for food shopping.

Always very fresh food and I like that in a store however I think they are entirely too expensive. But if they're the only thing open where I live I damn sure will go. Oh and the customer service was absolutely maybe a two this lady dropped her Coke thing all over my foot and never even said she was sorry and she worked there
