Best dental service that I have ever been to. The dentist is very patient and very good in keeping his patients calm, when they give injection to their patients.

Awful place to get dental work done! They gave my 85 year old mom a lower partial that looks like it was made in the 1800's that she could never wear because it didn't fit right. It was the kind that was not made for chewing with, which is what mom needed. Cost was over $4000, ridiculous and useless. Don't go there!

Was constantly getting the runaround on trying to get my daughters teeth fixed and would never do as they said they would in helping set up an appointment. They are now ghosting phone calls. I'm not sure if it's just the receptionist or the practice but we are taking our business elsewhere.

No warning about the cost, which was insane with insurance. No warning about the time it would take. So we spent $2000 and I sat in the waiting area for over 5 hours. Communication is not their strong suit.

Dr. Godoy gave me my smile back in a day! Im still on my dental journey but I've got my confidence back in literally a day, the whole staff was so nice, informative and non judgemental, now I can't stop looking at my teeth! I can't thank them enough!

Great experience! Dr Godoy is very thorough and kind! I trust him with my smile! Marissa and Tiara at the front are so sweet and helpful, they explain all of the treatment and costs up front. London did a great job as well! Love their positive attitudes and willingness to go the extra mile!

I was very pleased with my visit to Tomball Smiles. When arriving I was greeted and checked in. I looked around and could tell this office was well kept and clean. My wait time was little to none, the staff were prepared and ready for my appointment. Emily was a rockstar at taking my x-rays. Usually I experience some discomfort or pain while having my teeth mapped. Emily was able to take all my x-rays and mapping in one go with no discomfort. After that I was taken back for my routine cleaning. My dentist Dr. Godoy cleaned my teeth. That there tells you, the dentist cares for his patients. He was pleasant to converse with and was quick and thorough on cleaning my teeth. Dr. Godoy made sure to answer any questions I had and sent me home reassured on the health of my teeth. I would personally recommend making Dr. Godoy your primary dentist at the Tomball Smiles location.

I love Dr. Godoy. I came in as an emergency walk in for a broken tooth, they were all so welcoming, got me in, and took care of me.
It was a bit pricey but they do have financing options.
This will always be my #1 dentist

Disappointed with Dr Godoy. I came for severe TMJ, but said I needed the routine stuff as well as I wanted an estimate for future veneer replacement. As soon as that was mentioned, it was all he focused on. I had to ask him to come back into the room to even mention the TMJ once. Never mentioned any cavities, which I find hard to believe. I tried to ask the lady at the front to ask him but he was busy. She said she would email me the next day, Friday, with pricing and answering my cavity question. I got an email Wednesday with a price plan that once again, only mentioned the veneer replacement. I respond asking AGAIN and never received a response. Very brushed off and only care about the money! Im in pain but thanks a lot for the help! Now I have to pay more money to start over somewhere else.

This was my first time visiting Tomball Smile and went in for a general cleaning. I understand as a first time patient, they will need to do X-rays and will need other information from my insurance, etc, but I didn’t expect it to take a long time. They called the day prior to verify my insurance but when I came in, they asked for it again and needed to call my insurance. My appointment was at 11: 15 and didn’t get out til 2: 00pm. Just to do a cleaning! … I was told I need to do a gum therapy treatment which I declined it, but they said it is required on my next appointment, which also required to pay $700+. They asked if I had any tooth sensitivity and I said yes and showed them which tooth, but it wasn’t resolved. From my past experience from other dentist places I’ve been to for a cleaning, they weren’t as thorough, in my opinion. But every office is different. 2 star because the staffs were nice and close by my office.

Fantastic experience. Dr Godoy and staff took excellent care of my mother and I. Highly recommended!

Marisa at the front desk was very nice and helpful, she let me pick out what plans I could use and kept the costs relatively low.

I would highly recommend Tomball Smiles, the level of professional staff members make you feel comfortable and welcome.
Dr. Godoy takes the time to assure you that they will take care of you and deliver.
I had a root canal done by Dr. Thomson and was a good experience, gentle and painless.

One of the best service, all the staff and doctors very nice, and did very gently, and the office very clean, I give 5 stars

2/17/23: My daughter and I visited the office and had a good experience. The Dentist is very nice and patient and explain things in a very easy understanding manner.
Update as of 3/21/23-
I initially gave this dental office a five star review based on our exam, x-rays and cleaning. Well, this is no longer the case. After our cleaning on 2/17, I was told that I would get a call from the office manager regarding an estimate of how much my root canal would be. I felt this was OK and that I would schedule my daughters filling once I receive this call. I never received a call. I called the office back once and left a message regarding my request of estimate and to schedule my daughters filling with a call to never be returned. I also submitted a request via the website with no response. I did finally get a hold of someone to try to schedule my daughters filling for the week of spring break but unfortunately they couldn’t accommodate, but said they would give me a call back to see if they could squeeze me in. I never received a telephone call and I also reminded them I had yet to hear about my estimate for a root canal. I finally called again during the week of spring break and spoke to someone and inform them that I had not been able to schedule my daughters filling nor gotten an estimate on my root canal. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and apologized and stated she would forward my message regarding my estimate. I did tell her I would like to schedule the filling for my daughter and gave her we preferred a 10 o’clock time slot on any day. After being placed on, hold, she Informed me she could not give me a date to schedule a simple filling because the dentist is only one dentist in this practice. I truly do t understand—How are you Not able to schedule a filling when you were looking at a calendar for one dentist. After this, she apologized and said she would give me a call back. We are now six days later I have received no communication and this is my final straw. I will not be taking my dental business to this office as they seem lack communication among patients. I wish them well, and hopefully they can improve on providing a better customer service.

Dr. Godoy was great with my kids and Tiara was so sweet my kids LOVED her, they got me taken care of fast and easy! Will be returning in the future.

I want to say I completely recommend this amazing office and Dr Godoy. From the front desk and the welcoming smile of Tiara and into the back office the staff are always helpful and smiling! I love the vibe of the whole office! Thank you all for caring so much!

I can’t rave enough about Tomball Smiles! The entire staff from Bryan at the front desk to the sweet assistants and especially Dr Godoy and Dr Thompson! I had my first root canal and it was a breeze! They were so kind and gentle! If you need any dental work done Tomball smiles is the place to go!

Nothing but great things to say about Tomball Smiles Dentistry. I had a few questions and Tiara at the front desk answered immediately and was very helpful and patient with me. If you are looking for a Dentist in the Tomball area I highly recommend. I’m looking forward to my first appointment.
