Tomball VA Clinic reviews
9Always changing doctors. Doctor not referring veteran to the right specialist for treatment. Just go to the emergency room.
My experience with the Tomball VA has been very reasonable and accommodating. No medical facility civilian or military runs perfectly. My experience here has been that most staff are very considerate and helping. You can't control everything but if you go into the VA with a positive attitude yourself it will alleviate a lot of problems and make your process better.
No one answers the phone. You frequently get hung up on while waiting for someone to answer. Front desk staff make you wait several minutes before they will help you while they’re on their phone. Doctors say they will enter a consult for something that gets cancelled by someone else for no valid reason. You’re told that a specialists office will call you to schedule an appointment, after months of waiting you call to inquire about it and spend hours to get a hold of someone for them to tell you it was cancelled. The patient advocate does not help with any of these issues. After getting something biopsied we waited months for a call back with the results only to be told that the biopsy was never ordered. And they don’t have any information in the system about it. There is no accountability for these issues.
Front Desk, Lab work, Primary Care, Dr Schwartz and X-Ray staff were all great to deal with. I am a new patient and have been very impressed by the level of care and service I have received thus far.
Have issues every time I come here with them either not checking me in for my appointments, saying I don't have an appointment, or running behind. I can't wait to get other health insurance. I'm getting tired of this, as I don't have time to sit around all day waiting for them to figure out how to do their jobs.
Employees spent 3 days trying to get me the best deal possible. They were both polite and kind the entire time and didn't give up. They finally got me enrolled in the ACP and save me half the money I would pay on my monthly bill. Everybody needs more customer service like boost Mobile in Tomball
The 2 girls that work there, did a excellent job, jn getting me enrolled in the ACP Program, they do their job well on a scale of 1 through 5 I give them a 10. TRR
Better than some of the other outpatient clinics. No pharmacy but the lab is on-site. The clinic appears to be getting some work done inside. The parking lot could use a facelift but never any issues finding parking.
The two sales associates were very helpful with getting my phone setup to change providers. They were very polite nd patient with making sure we got my unlocked and transferred correctly, thank you for your patience.
