13I accidentally placed a curbside order for the Tomlinson’s location on 49th 1/2 St instead of this one, the one I meant to place it at. The two ladies at the front were so friendly and understanding and saved me a trip, walking around the store to help me find the items I had originally ordered. Customer service level 9000! Thank y’all so much for being kind and accommodating, even though you haven’t worked there very long. 5/5!

Staff is always friendly and ready to help. I got a puppy named Percy, my first every puppy. The staff helped me find the healthiest food and treat for a puppy and Percy loved them.
My go to pet store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Lots of high quality products and they always have something on sale or being promoted to check out. My dog loves to visit and pick out a toy or treat.
