I have been buying my dog's food from this pet store for almost 4 years. The membership perks are the best and the customer service is above and beyond. They will even deliver your food for FREE!

A year ago, we adopted two kitty cats and had to learn how to be pet owners. Tomlinson’s has been and continues to be part of the journey. Grateful they’re here.

Just came in to give Big Bodhi Dog a bath today, but everyone was super nice & helpful. Self-serve bath was pretty great, good supplies, well set up, and clean when we came in. (Sorry, y'all! Lol.) Bodhi never loves a bath, but this made it pretty easy to do alone!

If I had one point to improve? The door on the tub is a little tough to do by yourself, with a big dog, who does not want to be there.

This is a great store and has a really nice kitten room where you can see adoptable kittens. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. I often meet adopters here to hand my foster kittens off to them, and the employees are always super friendly and helpful to these folks - they make sure they're all set up with everything they need for their new friend. Really love this location.

Tomlinson is the best pet store in Austin. Love shopping with a local company who really cares.

Staff not all wearing masks. I couldn't find any hand sanitizer at the door, nor at the entry to the cat adoption room. (Hand sanitizer at the entry to adoption areas has been a pre-Covid standard at all the adoption sites I've visited in the past 20 years.)
I know stuff happens, people forget to do stuff, but the specific staff member I noticed not wearing a mask gave me manager/senior staff vibes.
