Was on vacation in Austin Texas and wanted to get a toy or treats for my cat, nice selection of cat and dog items. Great staff very friendly. I recommend this place for cat and dog owners

My dog and I absolutely love coming here and a special thanks to the amazing staff! Whether I come in person or do delivery orders it has always been a top notch experience. They are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and you can see it every time you walk in the store. I will never go to any other location! If I could give more than 10 stars I would:) THANK YALL SO MUCH!

Friendly staff, decent prices, and they have an open cattery where you can go play with all the kitties up for adoption!

Tomlinson’s is THE BEST! They may not have the best prices compared to Chewy or other online retailers, but if you believe in supporting smaller/local businesses this is the place.

You can tell everyone here is a pet-person. They genuinely love animals, and seem to be happy to be there.

Tomlinson's is the only shop in town where I know I'll find the high-quality, nutritious pet food that my animals need to thrive. Their service is top-notch as well. I've been going here for over 15 years, and they've never been less than kind, accomodating, and helpful. Also, my kids love the little "cat room" that houses kitties up for adoption.

The staff is always available to answer questions, share stories about our furry companions, and, if needed, carry your orders to your car. The selection of healthy pet food is excellent. I have the pet card membership and I really do save every year.

Absolutely love this pet store and the staff. Everyone is very accommodating and friendly. Also, they deliver! We had raw dog food delivered to our home every week, such a great convenience. We are moving back to NJ and we will sure miss Tomlinson’s, our pets will too.

They always come through for me! Amazon order delayed and my pup needed food so off we went. He LOVES Small Batch Freeze Dried Raw Organic! Expensive but worth it!

No inventory for pet birds. They used to be a go to place for bird food and toys, but no longer.

This is by far my favorite pet store around. All of the locations are equally great. Everyone is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in store and even their online chat feature connects you to someone quickly to help. I messaged them about a food they don’t carry in store and they helped me get a special delivery auto ship set up within minutes of messaging. They were even able to get it to me same day. Can’t recommend Tomlinson’s highly enough!

First time here, it sure beats PetSmart. The staff guided me straight to what I was looking for (a water toy for my dog) and after using it out in the water I realized it wasn't a good fit for him and we were allowed to return it for a better option that worked out great. The staff was great and said the returned item would be donated to pets in need!

The gentleman that helped me select the CBD for my dog yesterday was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions, concerns and gave me advice on how to administer it. I apologize I did not get his name but he was very helpful and I appreciated the time he took to help me make my decision and to select the right one for my dogs weight etc. Thanks again. It was my first time in and was very impressed.

Nice little dog food store with lots of natural products. My dog and I love the bulk treats

I've always liked tomlinsons cuz of how effective their products are against certain things like fleas and it all is organic. They don't have stuff for earmites but they have just about everything else. Tho the prices are a little bit high but it's not a common pet place so I am not surprised at how expensive they are.
