6Denied me access to the restroom despite being a customer and being pregnant which is ILLEGAL under Ally’s law.
Stop by the store looking for a shirt. Was greeted by Anh, she asked if I needed help. I told her I was looking for shirt to wear with my blue shorts. She's pick a few shirts that I really like.
Feels good to go into store and have salesperson that wants to help you. Another lady Dana also help Anh.
I am very happy with my shopping experience at Tommy Bahama in the Domain, Austin store. I love the merchandise. I went in originally to purchase my son-in-law a gift card, but ended up buying merchandise for myself. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They were extremely helpful but were not pushy, which I especially liked. Great customer service! I will definitely do a lot of shopping here in the future.
Always a good fit and a cool vibe. Been wearing TB since first introduced and at 74 still getting compliments with a TB shirt, pants and a pair of Olakai. Check them out at the Domain!
The salesperson really impressed me. He gave exactly the right amount of help without being intrusive, and he was just very nice and pleasant. And I absolutely love my new clothes!
I had an issue with a reversible sweet shirt which was purchased over 1 year ago. I took the garment back to the Domain store and
the staff there was excellent. I pertinence realize that the garment was not really returnable but nevertheless I was given a credit and bought something else. It was a great expense and the customer service was exceptional.thank to Tommy
