Tommy Bahama Restaurant, Bar & Store, Spring TX

I love Tommy Bahama's for their food and clothing. So nice to be able to get something to eat and shop clothing for both men and women.

The food quality has unfortunately gone down hill last few times I have gone. Also without notice they stopped giving $25 dollar credit on food for retail purchases. I think this is mistake.

Restaurant experience on Black Friday was great, Shayla was a fantastic server!
We went to the store right afterward and the staff entirely ignored us until we were ready to check out, and the quality of their clothing went downhill big time since they're trying to do athleisure now. Overpriced Eddie Bauer basically.

It’s average for its prices. The food is good, your service is good, and the ambience is delightful particularly outside on a sunny day.

Customer Service was horrible! Maybe too upscale to provide quality service. 2 ladies staged at the door, neither recognized our presence when we walked in. We waited patiently. The first walked guest to their table, the second answered the phone and mid conversation gave us a "Ill be with you in a moment".
Sat at the bar, no one acknowledged us. We had to ask for Service. Waited about 45 minutes for food to arrive, offered bread literally 4 minutes before food arrived. Didnt ask to refill drinks. When food did arrive it was hot, fresh and delicious. Wasnt any consolation to the horrible, lack of customer service. Can say I tried, probably wont return, but Im sure no one would realize we were gone.

Would be 5 stars if they didn’t use the horrible paper straws. Came in for drinks, but have been plenty of times for food.
The hostess told us that they were booked all day and it was reservations only on a Sunday. As I was about to leave she said we could get a spot at the bar. That’s cool, because we were only there for a drink. Wish the pina colada was a little better blended also. But it was good

We have been 5 times. All 5 times we have come up with the same excuse.we don't have space we are full.and you see the terrace and most of the tables are empty. I will surely never go back to try to have lunch or dinner there.by the way these ribs are from jasper's is in front of tommy bahama

Casual atmosphere, good food, and delicious cocktails! Bud, behind the bar, is knowledgeable and friendly, and makes a great espresso martini!

Loved the atmosphere and the live music. I ordered a Manhattan and was served an Old Fashioned, I mentioned this to the server and was not offered to have it remade. I had the Mahi Mahi and it was okay, Fish was dry and the dish was bland.

The shrimp and scallops were AMAZING. I also recommend their dirty martinis, they are very well made! This is a great place to come to for great food and drinks and there are lots of things close by for movies/shopping/hotels as well.

Fast and friendly service with delicious, savory food. Wait staff was friendly and personable and the restaurant was kept very clean.

My go to place for Girls’ get together, Date lunch etc has cheapened the food quality. Very sad: (

Absolutely delicious. I had the filet salad and the steak was cooked to perfection. It melted in my mouth. The vinegrett or whatever they dressed it with had just the right bite. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Really loved the place everything came out nice to me. Just didn't like scanning the menu. Will certainly return. The ribs were certainly a win

You guys close way to early now. We were visiting last Sunday evening, 7: 45 pm. Bartender gave us last call on food and drinks. We didn't want to order food only to be cut off from ordering a bottle or two of wine later. So, we left in disgust. So annoyingly bad. Probably, won't be back. And, we're regulars.

This was my first time there. Great food! Great service from Alanna. The blue crab bisque was quite delicious. The salmon avocado salad was also tasty, my salmon was cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back!

Bartender Shayla did a magnificent job today! She is kind, courteous, friendly, attentive, and anticipates customer's needs. She is an asset to your company and I would anticipate she will be a permanent fixture here at Tommy Bahama's bar! Cheers!
