Tommy Terrific's Car Wash, Plano

Maybe the inflation went to too much recently! They are fast, friendly but for a 30$ full service, you could do it better instead of missing spots.

I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. I have used many car wash services before, especially for detailing across different states, but Tommy Terrific Car wash is the BEST so far I have ever seen. It was super cleaned on both exterior and interior. Their process is different and have good set of workers who keeps cleaning and cleaning based on what I saw they were doing.

The best car wash place I’ve ever been to! I always do the mini detail a few times a year and am consistently pleased. They also offer a free drink while you’re waiting (mimosas, beer, wine, soda, etc)

Great amenities with coffee, snacks, WiFi and super friendly folks. TVs galore and very clean. Most car washes can’t fit my Ford raptor but that’s no problem here.

This has been my "go to" car wash. With the collection of cars I have, I am usually here 2 times per week. The tunnel washes are fantastic, the mini-details are ok, but this last visit they over treated the interior in greasy product, it was all over the wood, shifter, glass, and I guess because it was windy, it was all over the door jambs and exterior paint too. I spent almost 2 hours there having them clean up the mess they created! I also spent $130 for this "mess" and was offered a free car wash for the trouble. They should have refunded the entire ticket, but they did credit back "part" of the detail. I missed a meeting due to the extra time I had to spend there. The cashier at least said "sorry"!

I appreciate your response. I totally understand the "sheen" of the product. I actually spoke to Whitney a few days before when you detailed one of my other cars and she even explained the difference in the two products you use.when that car was derailed it was fine. What I did not appreciate is how sloppy and liberal it was applied on my BMW, it was literally running down the controls of the AC cluster and instrument cluster. I ended up taking the car to a full detail shop to have the interior completely redone.

Staff are nice an all but I kept having the same problem. Good service but I live far and come to them because for the most part they did a great job. More than a couple times tho, my coasters, rubber matts, were not returned and I’d have to call back and drive all the way back. This last time I called about my custom Mazda coasters and a note was supposed left for the manager. Never received a call from anyone, not even to tell me they didn’t find them. I brought in 10+ customers and now lost all of them, including myself. I didn’t know it was my responsibility to make sure my car equipment is to be put back, guess I was wrong.

Horrible experience! Went in to get the 30$ detail and when I went to my car they said the “wind” broke my back light? When asked where they found it they said they found it in the car wash. I highly recommend not coming here! They said just get it fixed and didn’t offer and compensation or an apology or anything.also my rear view mirror was warped somehow. I will NEVER use or recommend them to anyone! They have the worst customer service and the job wasn’t even done good and was rushed. Please be aware and read the reviews!

Undoubtedly the best car wash I've visited. Expensive no doubt but it's worth every penny.

Pretty nice spot, you can see the process of them cleaning your car while you wait inside. They also have snacks for sale. Never seen a place like this and would definitely return props for the originality!
